The next morning was a blur. Trudging down a long dirt path Aurora tried to shake off her fatigue. It seemed like only moments before Hermione had arrived, busting into the Ollivander's room before the sun had even begun to rise and throwing a pillow at her to wake her up. She stayed with Hermione and Ginny towards the back of the group and opted to listen to the pair's conversation rather than tell them about her boring summer. Hermione talked about her experiences travelling with her family in something called an airplane and Ginny recounted the story of the twins breaking a window practicing Quidditch. From what she said, hell hath no fury like Mrs. Weasley.

The conversation eventually came to Aurora, who just shrugged, "I worked all summer cleaning the shop." Nothing exciting had happened in the months they were all apart and since Hermione hadn't asked about the Ministry contacting her (because there was no chance a witch as bright as her wouldn't know about it) she hadn't mentioned it.

They travelled for a few hours before coming up to a clearing, Mr. Weasley waving down a man Aurora had never seen before.

"It's about time." The man said, walking towards them.

Arthur simply shrugged it off, "Sorry, Amos. We had a bit of a rough start to the morning."

Hermione nudged Aurora's shoulder with a smile, her voice quiet as the men up front began to talk, "You sleep like a chimera."

"Not her fault," Ginny responded before Aurora could, "Fred and George kept her up all night asking about wands or something."

She nodded, "They wouldn't let me sleep, wanted to know how to get a harpy feather without losing a finger... or an arm."

"Or their lives." Ginny added with a laugh.

The trio of girls caught up to the rest of the group just as a younger boy jumped down from the tree they stood near. Aurora's hand instinctively went to her wand, magic crackling at it's tip from her sudden fear. Hermione gripped her wrist and shook her head before leaning towards her, "That's Cedric Diggory, Hufflepuff's seeker."

"And the most attractive boy in school." Ginny whispered. Aurora rolled her eyes, smiling at the two before the group started to move again. She knew who he was, everyone in school did, but she had become jumpier since their encounter with the werewolf the year before. It was an occupational hazard she had to deal with since taking up the job as one of Harry's friends.

It didn't take much longer for them to reach a hill, Mr. Weasley's coworker, Amos, yelling back to the rest of them, "It's just over here."

They climbed, reaching the top where an old and crusty boot sat. "Must be nearly time," Mr. Weasley checked his watch, "Yes, yes, we're here just in time. Better get ready."

Harry looked at Aurora who just smiled, "It's a Portkey." His eyebrows furrowed and she sighed, forgetting that he didn't grow up in the magic world, "It teleports people at specific times, all we got to do is touch it." She knelt down with the rest of the group, placing a finger on the boot's broken heel. Just before it was time to teleport she grabbed Harry's hand and pulled him down, his hand just barely brushing the boot as the group was jerked into the air.

The wind howled through their ears and the sky seemed to change colors by the millisecond before their feet suddenly hit the ground. Ron crashed into Aurora who then crashed into Harry and they landed in a pile on the ground with collective groans. Cedric, who Aurora hadn't officially met and who somehow landed upright, reached out his hand to help her up.

She took it gratefully, pulling herself off the ground before brushing off the dry grass and dirt that covered her jacket, "Thanks." She said timidly, glancing up at the taller boy and not noticing Harry's death glare towards him.

He only smiled, "It's no problem at all, I'm Cedric."

"I know." She clamped a hand over her mouth before deciding to think about what she would say (for once) and speaking again, "I mean... I'm Aurora. I'm the announcer at most of the Quidditch matches."

"Ahh, I remember now. You got the crowd to start cheering when I fell off my broom last year." She felt her cheeks grow hot with embarrassment. It wasn't her proudest moment, but after Hufflepuff basically stole the first match due to the dementors she took it upon herself to turn the student section against the team anytime Gryffindor played against them.

"Right.... Sorry about that..."

"Come on now!" Arthur called and she turned towards Harry and Ron, the two boys brushing dirt off their own jackets as they finally got up. They walked towards the sounds of folk music and cheers, a large stadium coming into view.

Standing on top of the hill, a grin broke out on Aurora's face as Ron came up next to her, "Bloody brilliant."

"Welcome kids to the Quidditch World Cup."

~oOo~

Between the head of the cup chatting with Mr. Weasley and the impossible-to-navigate campsite, it was a miracle the group found their tent before noon. Approaching it, Aurora couldn't help but look at the other wizards around them. The tents were... interesting, with many wizards trying to make them look as muggle-like as possible. Many of them missed the mark though, with chimneys and weathervanes and other odd additions.

As her eyes met a large black tent a gasp exited her mouth and she grabbed Harry's arm, pointing towards the tent excitedly, "Look, it's The Salem Witches' Institute!" He glanced over, paying more attention to her rather than the people she was fangirling over, "That was my dream school as a kid, but turns out it's just some organization for older wizards... a shame, really. I always wanted to learn more about the witch trials."

Arthur beckoned them into the tent, Aurora releasing Harry as she entered. It took him a moment before he walked in. The tent was no larger than his old cupboard bedroom, how would they all fit in there? Better question, how were they already fitting in there? The moment he entered though, he was shocked to see that the tent was the size of a house. With a fully furnished living room, kitchen, and bedrooms, it was unlike anything he had ever seen.

While he gawked Ginny and Hermione wandered as Fred and George sat at the dining table and Ron walked around the kitchen. Arthur began barking out orders to keep the kids in line, "Girls, choose a bunk and unpack. One of you can take that other bed. Ron, get out of the kitchen. We're all hungry."

"Yeah, get out of the kitchen!" The twins echoed from their spot in the dining room.

With a glance towards his sons Arthur sighed, "Feet off the table!"

"Feet off the table!" They echoed again, removing their legs from on top of the table before placing them back the moment their dad turned his back.

Aurora stood next to Harry, who was still in utter shock, "I love magic."

She smiled and bumped his shoulder, "Better close your mouth before you swallow a fly." He only grinned, following her towards the living room.

Just as she sat down the twins jumped onto the couch from behind, blocking Harry from sitting so they could bombard her with questions yet again. "So Ollivander, we're wondering if you've seen anything lately..." Fred started,

"Maybe about the cup..." George continued,

"Like who wins?"

She rolled her eyes, looking back and forth between the two. The Weasley kids all knew about her strange ability, with the twins often using it to win bets against Ron. She didn't mind telling them to mess with the younger Weasley, but since her last vision with the snake she hadn't seen a single thing, "Don't you two do enough gambling at Hogwarts?"

George only smirked, "So you have seen something?"

"Even if I did--" Their eyes lit up with anticipation, "And I haven't--" Their faces dropped, "I wouldn't help you."

Arthur's voice filled the tent yet again, "Come on everyone, get settled. It won't be long before the match."

She wiggled her way out from between the two, smoothing out her Ireland shirt before turning back to Harry, "We've got some time, want to play solitaire?"
