A fat mugger interrupts me

Y/n's POV

Just another day for a friendly neighborhood...whatever they're calling me on YouTube. 

Yeah I know. The whole 'friendly neighborhood' gig was spiderman's thing. But he's gone now. Snapped away into oblivion from where nothing comes back, along with half of everything that ever existed. So now I'm here! You're very own friendly neighborhood-

"Scream and I'll shoot"

Brilliant. 

Just brilliant. 

Right in the middle of my awesome introduction.

These bad guys had no sense of flair

"Oh no, I'm so scared" I cried out, staring the evil bad guy down. I was being sarcastic if you didn't realize.

"Give me all your money!" the mugger person yelled. He was kinda big. Sorta fat too...but I guess I could take him.

"You guys have to think of something more original to say" I said, blasting him with a jet of water that i collected from the moisture in the air, which sent him flying backwardsw "Its always 'Give me all your money or I'm gonna kill you!' I mean it's getting kinda old."

Oh, did I mention I can control water? It's pretty cool.

 I'm sorta like Aquaman from the movies but I don't smell like kelp and fish pee. Do fish pee? Anyways, that mugger guy was starting to get up again so we can contemplate that important question later.

"Do you know who I am?!?" The mugger asked, bracing himself for another jet of water. "I'm the most famous mugger to ever walk the streets of Queens! I am-"

I blasted him with some ice this time and he froze like a BIG FAT popsicle (I mean seriously, has this guy not heard of working out)

"I guess I'm never gonna find out who the most famous mugger to ever walk the streets of Queens was" I said, smirking

I was about to leave, but then I realised I couldn't just leave that guy there without calling the police or something

I was (extremely) irresponsible but I wasn't stupid

I dug around in my pockets to look for something to leave there that would tell people that he was an evil mugger bad guy

Before finding what I needed from my pockets, I pulled out a half eaten apple, two bullets from who knows when, two bucks (score!) and a pretty much broken... harmonica?

At least that's what it looked like

When I finally managed to find a pen, I quickly scribbled out a message on a piece of scrappy paper lying in the alleyway

I quickly read it to myself:

This is 'The most famous mugger to ever walk the streets of Queens'

I don't know his actual name but I guess he belongs in jail

P.S - Is there a workout programme in jail? If there is sign him up he really needs it

"Perfect" I murmured, sticking the note on his face.

It was getting late... or early? Depends on the way you look at the time. I guess that was enough for one night...

"Put your hands in the air!"

Or not.

I turned around, slightly surprised but mostly annoyed that I couldn't go to bed already

As I looked up to see what I was facing, I came slap bang face to face with the one and only Earth's Mightiest Heroes™

I stared in shock at the avengers! Like the actual real life AVENGERS! 

And The Captain America actually talked to me. That was probably the coolest thing that ever happened, and was ever going to happen to me.

But... something wasn't right. I don't think all the avengers would have assembled at ass o'clock just to say hi to a fan. Even if it was a super fan. Like me.

A voice spoke, that confirmed my suspicions

"We're not going to hurt you. We just want you to come with us." Iron Man said

It took me a minute to register what the voice implied because Tony FREAKING Stark was talking to me. 

"U-Uh" I stuttered, partly not sure what to say and also completely starstruck

Suddenly, they began to advance and some of them even drew their weapons.

So I did the most sensible, courageous thing ever.

I ran.
