This week remarked Jake and Sunghoon's second week as boyfriends. But nothing much had happened. Jake texted the guy but it will only be a short conversation.

Currently, he was thinking of texting him again. The curser blinked numerous times but not even a single word was written. It's like Jake had no more idea on what topic he should bring up.

What should I text him?

To absolute honest, Jake craved those attention from Sunghoon. That's the reason why he waited Sunghoon to take him out for a date. But the latter seemed to be occupied all the time. Excuses after excuses. And until now, it never happened.

"Jake, it's not that late to stop this," Sunoo suddenly commented. There was a pause.

"I'll think about it..."

"That's what you've been saying for past two weeks! Are you not bored? Or are you actually blind?"

Sunoo stop...

"What I see from him is nothing! He's just a bastard!"

Stop it!

"Can he even be a good parent?!" Sunoo continued.

"Sunoo! Shut your fucking mouth! Yes! I am blind. It's easy for you. Everyone likes you. If you are in my position, you'll understand me! I thought we were friends?"

Sunoo let out a very subtle sigh. He then stormed out from the room. Banging the wooden door on his way out.

"If anything happens, don't come crawling to me asking for help."

And then Sunoo was out of sight. Jake couldn't help but to be mad at him. He kept on invading his life. But deep down, he knew Sunoo was just worried. Even though he acknowledged the fact that he's risking his friendship over a lover, he couldn't help but to keep his ego high.

Jake reverted his attention back on his lit screen phone. His last text was two days ago. Not that long ago but he already wanted to have another conversation with Sunghoon. For some reason, he crept anxiety on him every time he made an attempt to text him.

Ring!

"Hi mom."

"Jake, have you two chosen your wedding outfit? After that, remember you two need to do a photoshoot too. I've contacted the store and they are free today. I also already informed Sunghoon."

"Oh! Sure! Is Sunghoon picking me up or..."

"He will pick you up. I think he was on his way already."

Jake swiftly ended the call. Grabbing his towel in an instant and storming in into his bathroom to take a shower. He quickly picked up an outfit and really get ready just for it. It felt like something had shifted.

Ring

I've arrived.

Jake went out from the apartment. When he reached the parking lots, he noticed a red BMW waiting in front of his block. The window rolled down revealing Sunghoon. Jake quickly opened the door and sat beside him. But on the way, it was all silent. It was awkward the whole ride. But then, Sunghoon spoke.

"I'll search for mine first and then I'll leave. I have important thing to do."

And because of this remark, Jake couldn't help but to feel some sort of grief. By the time they were there, like how Sunghoon stated before, he was the first one to search for his tuxedo. Right after that, he left Jake alone.

How should I go back now?

Jake had never ever rode a bus before. And to say the least for train either. To be more precise, he in fact had no idea how to ride those things. Being born in a rich family was like a privilege. But it comes to surviving, there's more to unfold.

"Excuse me, may I know where is the nearest bus station here?" queried by confused Jake.

The staff scanned him for a second. And then he smiled.

"Is this your first time riding a bus?" Jake inclined his head. The staff chuckled a bit.

"I see. So, if you are here, you just need to walk straight down four blocks from here and you'll see right in front of your eyes."

Jake nodded at the instructions. Well, he had nothing to do anymore. He had chosen his tuxedo after all. So, he gathered his belongings and left the store. Not after thanking the kind staff.

As he trod down the pavement leading to the third block, he saw a familiar silhouette. It was once again Jay. But this time, he wasn't alone. There's someone beside him. He had no intention to disturb the guy so quickly left the site. But before he could even distinguish himself, he heard a voice calling out at him.

"Jake! Yo! What are you doing here?"

Jake slowly shifted his figure facing the person he knew to well. It was Jay standing right in front the door of the cafe. He sprinted toward Jake for a bit.

"Oh! Hi Jay!"

"Don't act like you tryna avoid me there."

"Sorry... I was just thinking you're with someone."

"I am. Wait! I should introduce him to you."

Jay ran back inside the cafe. With no more than ten seconds, he came back once again. But this time, instead of alone, he brought someone.

"Jake, this is Jungwon. He's my boyfriend."

Jay has a boyfriend?!

Indeed, Jay was holding his boyfriend in his hand. Jay beamed a glimmering smiled as he introduced the guy.

"Hi...," greeted Jungwon shyly.

"Hi."

"I'm Jay's boyfriend," Jungwon bowed down.

"There's no need to be that formal! It's okay. I'm his friend and I'm so happy to see you two together."

"Oh... Yeah. It's actually a long story."

"Let me shorten it. Basically I'm gay for him. End of story," Jay interrupted the conversation between the two.

"So bold of you saying like that Jay. I thought you were straight," Jake queried once again.

"Like I said. I'm gay for him."

Something really had shifted. Everything in his school life from his friends to everything right now are changing. As if the universe was shifting toward something else. He couldn't believe that Jay now had a boyfriend. Sometimes, Jake thought that cupids weren't not that dumb.
