The Izanami Yakuza is known to be the biggest mafia in the world. With members expanding into Europe and across Asia. They began with a goal in mind, one created by the leader. The weak will be helped. No woman or child will ever be abused again. With an iron fist, the leader will invoke her goal. Bonten is just another gang trying to reach for something. They aren't an issue to her, not when she has bigger plans for world domination. Or at least she tells herself they aren't a problem. Bumping into them quite often seems to be a problem, especially when all you see is wanting to put boys who think higher of themselves than you in their place. It's hard to not want to disturb the peace, not when watching boys like them squirm is so fun.
