Everyone Loves Colombian Weddings

The Past

- Pero... A ve' Elena deja esa mondá y dejate ayudar!-

Elvira, Salazar's matriarch yelled at the Bride, Elena, who was simply in tears of the fear of Jacobo leaving her at the altar, a usual intrusive thought on such special days.

-Alguien por favor calme esta piroba!- Several insults, not to Elena herself but to her dumb fear, all women present for helping the bride having such a hellish time trying to dress her up completely, and her make-up was being ruined by the tears.

Marulanda was working on finishing some embroidery in the dress that got ruined a few minutes ago, Sarita was seated and did nothing because of her pregnant state, while Guadalupe insulted the crazy bride in frustration of the simple fact that the wedding was perfectly planned and now Elena does this.

-Lupe, que no le diga' asi, boba!- Maru answered back, with such chaos one could barely finish the work and everyone's patience was running thin.

There was barely 1 hour before the ceremony, and the bride was chaos incarnated. Thankfully most of the people were in the reception and having a nice time before the wedding

-Pero es verda'! Antes Jacobo se saco la loteria siendo él el de peores genes y aun asi tremenda novia bonita! Piroba y boba Elena por creer que él no la quiere!-

That last scream coming from Lupe stopped the chaotic bride, who simply began to laugh softly while crying a little still; eventually, Elena regained a more calm self, god... Brides were truly weird. They finally got the more needed peace to finish setting her up, but one could bet she was going to cry again at the altar, but tears of happiness.

The whole room filled up with laughter after Guadalupe's comment, including Marulanda herself, who just remembered something, or better said someone at the reception

-JUEPUTA VERDA', SE ME OLVIDO IR CON EL FLACO- She immediately got up from her seat, already fixing the embroidery.

Some in the room got scared of the student scream, while the Salazar's already simply knew what it was about, the middle Salazar daughter was such an open book at some points...

The reason was simple, Maru had asked Bruno to be her plus one at the wedding (A wedding that had to be postponed for two weeks more because of problems with the dress), it was a great idea because of the next points, or as Maru called it while doing a whole presentation for Bruno:
