"Hyung, have I ever told you that you are the most boring person I've ever met?"

Minho just scoffed and pushed Hyunjin's hands away. Hyunjin was sulking, leaning over the back of the couch where Minho was sat, his fingers tucked into the collar of the older boy's shirt. They were alone in Chan's flat as they both waited for Chan to come back with some more supplies.

"Don't you think it would be fun? You and Hannie, me and Felix? Those two are friends. It would be like a double date." Hyunjin's voice went up an octave as he whined in Minho's ear.

"Hannie?" Minho asked with one eyebrow raised.

"Yeah, it's my new nickname for him. Jisung is a mouthful. Well, you'd know all about him being a mouthful, right?" The blonde boy skipped carefully backwards away from Minho with the last sentence. Rightfully so; Minho had flung one hand back over his shoulder and just missed hitting Hyunjin by an inch.

"Why won't you gossip with me anymore?" Hyunjin was starting to get annoying. "You used to always tell me all about the boys you were seeing. Have you and Hannie fucked yet? Is he as big as I think he is in my dirty little mind?"

Minho's eyes flicked upwards as Hyunjin danced around the room in front of him. If his words hadn't been so foul it would've sounded like he was singing. Minho chose not to comment. It had been a few days now since he'd asked Jisung to wait, and it was getting harder by the minute. Pun intended. But he knew it would be worth it, that the berry would be sweeter with just a little bit more time on the branch.

"Why Felix, anyway?" Minho pondered. He had tried not to engage in the conversation but decided this wasn't an option. "Won't Jeongin get jealous?"

"Oh, maybe I'll bring both!" Hyunjin gasped in delight. "No, my Innie doesn't get jealous. He knows it's me and him really. I just need a bit of... extra attention."

"Does Felix know this?"

Hyunjin went silent all of a sudden and he pulled a face at the older boy who was still stretched out with his legs up on the sofa. With a dramatic sigh, Hyunjin throw himself onto the sofa and curled up next to Minho.

"No, I don't think so. He must know me and Jeongin are close. But I haven't told him that we're... That I'm..."

"You don't usually worry about stuff like this. Why are you worried?" Minho was concerned. He was used to his younger friend being consistently on a high, so the few lows always made his heart sink.

"I don't know. I just need to take my mind off things, have some fun," Hyunjin directed puppy eyes up at Minho who held his gaze for a moment.

The next thing he knew, he was in the driver's seat, his hand on the gearstick and Jisung in the passenger seat, on the way to a fancy restaurant that Hyunjin said they'd been personally invited to. Minho couldn't stop himself from chewing nervously at the skin on his lower lip and Jisung reached out one hand to cover his on the gears.

"What's wrong?" Jisung asked. Minho kept his eyes on the road but released his lip from between his teeth.

"Nothing. I'm fine, don't worry." Minho shot Jisung a smile. The younger rolled his eyes and angled himself in his seat so he was facing Minho.

"I thought you said you wouldn't lie to me?" he asked pointedly.

Minho tutted. The younger boy was very attentive, and this wasn't always a good thing. As they'd gotten closer over the last few days, Jisung had gotten bolder, no longer beating around the bush when he spoke.
