Warning: mature jokes and immature jokes ahead.

Izuku woke up the next day in a bed that felt unfamiliar to him. As the events of the previous evening returned to his head, his immediate reaction was to check his clothes. He sighs finding himself in some civilian clothes but starts to panic because he doesn't know how he got these or more importantly who changed him. His enhanced senses told him that he wasn't alone, which made sense, but the issue was he couldn't place whose house he was in. Though looking at the mess it felt like one a college student made, papers everywhere with books just lying on the floor, half-open or bookmarked to certain pages with all sorts of odd ends. Markers, pens, foot-long scales, hangers and even a few notes.

"So, you're finally awake?" A voice asks, spooking an Izuku who was lost in thought, causing him to jump onto the ceiling. "HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! Freaking scaredy-cat or I guess scaredy-spider? I don't know. But calm down it's me kid." Izuku turns to see Naomi standing at the entrance of the room.

"If you're wondering who changed you, that was all Gene." Naomi answers. "Now would you mind explaining why the fuck you were out at 10 in the night, trying to fight off not one, not two but three fucking thugs! And why the fuck were you wearing a costume like Spider-Man. Also, who the fuck was going to tell me that Gene was Spider-Man!! Because he conveniently left after leaving me to tend to your wounds! While on that topic, take your shirt off."

"Wh-what!"

"Take your shirt off."

"NO!"

"There's nothing that I haven't already seen yet from the quirk assessments. So, shirt. Off. Now."

Izuku reluctantly takes his shirt off as Naomi walks closer to inspect his wounds. "Sounds like you just want to see me without a shirt." Izuku jokes as he tosses his shirt to the bed.

"Oh, you wish, though I must say kid, you're healing factor is pretty good. You came in with bruised ribs and a few burns across your face, now there's nothing there."

"Uhm thank you?" Izuku answers unsure of what to say when the window to the room opens and Spider-Man, aka Dr. Gene, aka Izuku's current worst nightmare, walks in.

Izuku's eyes widen in shock as his body freezes once again. His brain screamed at him to move but his legs seemed to be stuck to the ground.

"H-Hey Dr. Gene. What brings you here?" Izuku answers, shaking as he waved to the man.

"Oh not much. I'm just here to give your first shot of a long course of SCOLDING!" Gene exclaims. "You went out, against MY orders that too, wearing THAT mask," Gene points to Izuku's charred mask lying on a desk. "Get your ass beaten, and all you have to say is HEY!!!!" Gene shouts.

"You two continue, I'll be in the kitchen making dinner." Naomi tells them. "Also, I want an explanation of all this mess."

Once Naomi left, Gene stared at Izuku, pissed off. "Do you have any idea how dangerous that was?"

"I-I- "

"Save the excuses for after I'm done." Gene snaps. "I gave you 2 rules. TWO! That was all you had to follow, but what do you go and do? Break both of them! This is not how I expected you to act Izuku. This was not...." Gene takes a deep, long breath. "Your mom called me 4 times! Do you even know how worried she was? I had to lie to her. And I hate lying."

"You lied about who you really are."

"Don't change the topic Izuku, besides what I did was a lie of omission and it was for a good reason too. Everything you know about me, that I also told everyone. The whole me being a scientist, all of that was true. I only left out those parts because of how sensitive they are to the multiverse!" Gene tells him. "The point here is that people are worried about you Izuku, and if you keep going off without telling them you'll have a lot of problems, not just with your mom, but with your friends and whoever you chose to be with. Trust me on this, it's never a good thing."
