"Now, there is one more thing I'd like to discuss with this class." Aizawa tells them.

"And I'm sure you all know what this will be about. As you are aware, there are some changes that will be happening in the class because of our new Reform Policy. For those of you that weren't aware of the policy, UA along with the Hero Commission has decided to support the reformation of villains and vigilantes. These individuals will join the hero course or a course of their choosing and work towards reintegration into the society while under observation of pros that work here."

"Our test subject or the first person to join UA through this method is none other than Spider-Man. He has already given the required exams, having passed with flying colours, as Principal Nezu put it. He will be given a psychological analysis in this week by Hound Dog. However, he will only join in the following semester since your semester exams will be starting in another three weeks followed by a week long training camp at a currently undisclosed, off-campus site. And before he does that, we need to take certain measures on our part as well." Aizawa informs them. "The first being that anyone who is unwilling to share the class with Spider-Man, will be transferred to Class 1-B. I will also require all those that decide to stay in this class to sign quirk-bound non-disclosure agreements. This is to ensure the safety of those that are involved in Spider-Man's personal life. Honestly, this is, at least in my opinion a stupid thing, but it was something that the Hero Commission wanted to include because they believe it would make the people who join through the Reform Policy more comfortable." Aizawa tells them. "If you aren't comfortable signing these QNDAs, feel free to change classes. Vlad King's classes are just as good as mine if not better and he is, at least from what I've heard students say, more approachable than me."

"If you're worried about Spider-Man's behaviour in class, do not worry, he is a good person. I don't know how he is outside the mask, but he will go out of his way to help people. That apparently is his whole reasoning to put it on in the first place." As Aizawa explained this, he couldn't help but notice the scowl that was forming on Ojiro's face. "Ojiro, do you have a problem with Spider-Man? You seem to be rather expressive with that scowl of yours."

"I do have a problem with him Sir." Ojiro answers. "I don't trust people who hide behind a mask. And I don't mean the article of clothing sir."

"You think that Spider-Man simply acts as if he's nice?" Aizawa asks Ojiro.

"Yes sir. I think that he's a rotten person in reality who thrives on the attention that he gets from people." Ojiro answers. "Why else would he openly make fun of multiple Pro Heroes?"

"While I won't deny the possibility of him being someone that may or may not get off on the attention seeking, there is also the possibility that he uses it to hide his own fear. But that is exactly why Hound Dog is going to spend some time with him, understanding how he sees his own actions and how he works would help us make that final decision. And assuming he passes, he will be on probation for the first month he is at UA. If he makes a single mistake, says one word that is out of line and does something that we don't agree with, he will be sent to prison." Aizawa tells the boy. "That being said, I do believe that everyone will be able to learn a lot from him if he is part of the class. What Mr. Noritoshi said in the interview is correct, Spider-Man does have an interesting way to view situations but he also knows a lot about first aid and rescue work. Though most of it is self-taught, it is effective. You have this week to decide whether you'll be staying in this class or transferring to class B. I will also require your parents or guardians to attend a meeting that will be held on Saturday. I don't care if they come to UA to attend it or if they join through the links we'll be sharing on your emails. I'm sure they also have their concerns regarding the decision we've made. Now, any questions?"
