This is Señorita María. She took Texas in after he ran away from Mexico. She was never able to have children of her own and so her and her husband, Señor Miguel, would help take care of their siblings children and with others children around town. They were living on Texas' territory and were the ones who found him. I'll probably write about them and how they found Texas but for now enjoy this drawing of her.
