While it's a smart idea to have a clear picture of your journey far ahead; yet, you shouldn't back down if you can't see the end—the middle—or even the start of your journey.
If all you can do right now is take the first step, then do that. And this includes most importantly taking the first step towards Allah. Even if you keep tripping and returning to sins, don't give up on yourself. Just keep taking small baby steps, one step at a time. Trust me, nobody has life figured out—even if they try to convince you otherwise.
So, put your faith in your Lord Almighty and then your own self. InshaAllah Allah SWT will help you reach the shore in the best possible way!
