Do you know how hard it is to sit and watch her, she's having the time of her life and all I want is to be there with her enjoying it but I can't I get it, Kyle is my kid brother, Riley is his best friend. He'll always be a priority But I just don't know how long I can just sit around watching for I've been with her for far too long to still be a sideline thing Kyle seems to be able to throw her away for a relationship but Riley wouldn't dare to do that to him, she too kind hearted
So I'll bite my tongue, as long as she is happy. That's all I care about
It was later in the evening now, Riley had gone to bed and it was just me walking around the house like I usually do "I think we need to talk" A voice mutters I turned around to see Kyle sat in the chair in the dark "What are you doing sitting in the dark you dork" I said turning on the living room light
"How long" He said looking at me in the face "What?" He asked before holding up his phone to a photo from a party a couple weeks ago, It was my friends birthday and I invited Ri to come with She was the happiest I'd ever seen her but something tells me that is about to be our downfall

"Kyle don't go getting mad at her" I warned him and he scoffed "Why the fuck shouldn't I! You turned her into one of your dirty little sluts" He growled pushing me until I came crashing into the stairs "Don't fucking talk about her like that" I said with my eyes darkening "Kyle?" her sweet voice called making it obvious that she knew what was about to happen
"I can't even look at you right now" He scoffed pointing at Riley "Was it worth it Riley? Was it worth throwing all of this away!" He yelled now making Piper and Mum wake up to join us "What is going on" Mum said
"I'm done with you Riley. You make me fucking sick" Kyle growled "Don't do this Kyle, this wasn't her fault" I said standing in front of her "Really? Then what happened James? Did you just accidently get into bed together? No? I didn't fucking think so." He said pushing me once more "James leave it" Riley warned me
"No Riley, I'm not letting him talk to you like this!" I yelled making her take a step back "Kyle, you haven't been around for the last 4 months. You haven't been here while Riley knocked herself down over your sorry ass" I said making him glare at me "James stop!" Riley yelled but I shook my head "You should have been here, you're meant to be her fucking best friend not just when you fucking need her" I continued "You completely binned her off the moment you got a girlfriend then came running back the second that you had noone" I said making Kyle square up to me
"I'm fucking done with the pair of you" He spat before turning to Riley "Don't fucking speak to me ever again" He growled pointing at Riley I took one look at her, seeing her stood there with tearfilled eyes knowing that this was going to hurt her more then any of us would ever understand
"Ri" I whispered but she shook her head grabbing her back "You couldn't just leave it could you" She muttered heading to the door "Riley how could i!" I yelled "Because I asked you to James! You've gone and made it worse" She cried "Don't pin this all on me" I muttered and she shook her head walking out the house I looked back over at Mum who looked confused where as Piper looked heartbroken..
