I got dress in my uniform, you see, I don't want to change. Minerva found me and she flooed with me to her house in Hogsmeade, along with my trunk and my pets. She apparated me to the Kings's Cross Station, more of to the Platform 9 and 3/4. She saw me board the Hogwarts Express, as she disapparated back. I went and found myself an empty compartment. I went and sat by the window seat, and soon the train started moving. Houses flashed past the window, and I was very excited. The door slid open, and in came Lee Jordon, Fred and George Weasley, Percy Weasley and Cedric Diggory along with Oliver Wood. They hadn't noted me, not yet. Well, lookies I have to change it. Cedric moved, and nearly sat on me.
"I know, you love me Ceddie, but not need to give me a lap dance, am lighter than you, Mr. Badger."I said. Cedric turned round shocked, as the remaining five boys looked at me with shock.
"Katherine."said Cedric with delight. He embraced me."Boys, this is the girl, I was speaking about, of whom Professor Snape is scared of."he said. Wow, nice way to be known.I rolled my eyes. The trolley woman came, and I bought some pumpkin pasties, along with Bertie Bott's Every Flavoured beans and chocolate frogs.
"Well Katherine, we're glad to meet you, but do enlighten us, why Snape is scared of you?"asked Percy.
"Oh, he's scared so much, that he never pisses me off, or he knows that he will pay, very badly."I mused.
        "And why so?"asked Oliver.
"Once when I was four, and I saw him being unfair, I cast a spell on him transfiguring him to a slimy toad."I said as the Weasley twins laughed aloud along with Lee Jordon.
        "No bloody way!"gasped the two.
"Oh yes, Charlie told me about that."said Percy.
"And when I was six, I changed to a tigress and chased him down the dungeons."I said.
"We all remember that."said Percy. We began to giggle and laugh, as we enjoyed our sweets and snacks. Soon we saw the glimmering castle. Soon we saw the mountains and forests under a deep-purple sky. The train did seem to be slowing down.
A voice echoed through the train: "We will be reaching Hogwarts in five minutes’ time. Please leave your luggage on the train, it will be taken to the school separately."The train slowed right down and finally stopped. People pushed their way towards the door and out on to a tiny, dark
platform. And Hagrid's voice could be heard as he shouted aloud.
"Right, then. Firs' years this way, please! Come on, now! Firs' years! Don't be shy. Come on now, hurry up! "he boomed."Come on! Hello, Harry! Hello Katherine!"he said.
"Hi Hagrid!" greeted a boy of my age with jet black hair, full moon spectacles, with piercing green eyes, as I felt a sense of deja vu, as if I knew him, as if he was someone really close.
"Hiya Hagrid!"I beamed as a red headed freckled boy of my age, gasped aloud on seeing Hagrid. Seems, he has never seen a half giant.
"Right, then. This way to the boats. Come on, now. Follow me."said Hagrid. We all followed a narrow path. The narrow path had opened suddenly on to the edge of a great black lake. Perched atop a high mountain on the other side, its windows sparkling in the starry sky, was a vast castle with many turrets and towers.
"No more’n four to a boat!" Hagrid called, pointing to a fleet of little boats sitting in the water by the shore. Both the boys got in, along with a bushy haired brunette girl. I soon joined her. Behind me I saw Draco, sitting with two brunette trolls, and a dark caramel skinned boy. "Everyone in?" shouted Hagrid, who had a boat to himself, "Right then – FORWARD!" And the fleet of little boats moved off all at once, gliding across the lake, which was as smooth as glass. Everyone was silent, staring up at the great castle overhead. It towered over them as they sailed nearer and nearer to the cliff on which it stood. "Heads down!" yelled Hagrid as the first boats reached the cliff; and we all bent below and ivy. Soon we saw the glimmering castle, my home, my home sweet home, as I smiled, while the other students looked awestruck. We soon entered the entrance of the castle, as I saw Minerva tapping her fingers on a railing, as I climbed forward smiling at her.
"Watch where you go you filthy mudblood."said a cold sneering voice. I turned and found it was Draco. Correction, it was Malfoy. I smiled.
"Thank you for the lovely words of advice!"I chirped as I smiled, when he looked at me awkwardly. I saw the others eyeing me like some weirdo."Click a bloody picture, it'll last longer."I said as they stopped staring. "Much better."I muttered to myself, as I smiled facing Minerva, you smiled at me.
"Welcome to Hogwarts. Now, in a few moments you will pass through these doors and join your classmates, but before you take your seats, you must be sorted into your houses. They are Gryffindor,"she said eyeing me,"Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin."she said eyeing Malfoy as she said Slytherin."Now while you're here, your house will be like your family. . You will have classes with the rest of your house, sleep in your house dormitory and spend free time in your house common roomYour triumphs will earn you points. Any rule breaking, and you will lose points. At the end of the year, the house with the most points is awarded the house cup. I hope each of you will be a credit to whichever house
becomes yours."she said when a chubby boy jump forward.
"TREVOR!"he shouted picking up a toad, as Minerva grimaced...He apologized, as Minerva shuddered.
"The Sorting Ceremony will begin momentarily. "she said as she went away. I knew she had gone to get the sorting hat. Right then, Malfoy came forward, and leaned on the railing along with his troll bodyguards.
"It's true then, what they were saying on the train. Harry Potter has come to Hogwarts."he said, making everyone around, excluding myself murmur in discussion."This is Crabbe, and Goyle. And I'm Malfoy. Draco Malfoy. "he said putting his hand forward, introducing himself. At this the redheaded boy laughed and Malfoy noted it."Think my name's funny, do you? No need to ask you yours. Red hair, and a hand-me-down robe? You must be a Weasley."he sneered. It's good he got his back, but his tone is that of a bully. And I already hate him, where's the Draco I'd met in Diagon Alley? He then turned to my brother, and he spoke up."You'll soon find out that some wizarding families are better than others, Potter. You don't want to go making friends with the wrong sort. I can help you there."
"I think I can tell the wrong sort for myself, thanks."Harry replied as I smiled. He glared at Harry, as the trolls got ready to kick him.
