nini felt someone tap her shoulder and turned around in her seat to see ricky holding a cup of coffee, "morning!" the boy chirped and handed her the cup.

nini let out a chuckle, "oh? thanks nerd!"

ricky and nini stayed silent as their eyes lingered on each other's. the boy was leaning forward, resting his forearms on top of nini's seat. ej turned around and gave ricky a stern look. "buckle up, bowen."

the boy eyed ej with an austere look. ricky gave nini one last smile before falling back into his seat. nini glanced at ej who was side eyeing ricky. the girl fell back into her seat and plugged in her airpods, her hands cupping the warm coffee ricky bought her.

"holy shit," ricky breathed out as they entered the building.

white marble stretched through the flooring of the building. glass paneling and gold accents ran up and down the furniture and walls. people in white coats, enginnering outfits, or military uniforms constantly passed through the group of kids.

nini rested her sunglasses ontop of her head. she gazed at the technology that flew over her. little robots freely roamed around, assiting the workers with their needs. nano technology and vibranium powered the whole building and almost everything inside of it. neon graphs projected at every aspect of the rooms as scientists and enginners coded without having to touch a mouse pad. everything was at the tip of their fingers.
