Jack's pov
I sat with my head in my hands trying to hide the fact that I was bawling my eyes out some of boys bought teddy bears , balloons , flowers.
" it's okay buddy " taylor said rubbing my back to calm down
" it's not I love her and the fact that I might lose her - " i cut it off burying my head back in my hands
" you okay ?" I hear nashs voice as he walked over to me
"I'm everything but okay "
I mumbled I looked up at the doctor
" y/n " something was wrong I stood beside nash as we walked over to the doctor
" y/n y/l/n ? " he asked sadly I knew something was wrong I stood beside nash and walked over to the doctor
" y/n didn't make it " he mumbled
I stated bawling as Nash held me in his arms
" she can't be gone , I can't live without her " I sobbed
" Jack you have too im sorry but you do " nash said I felt his tears drop in my neck I got out of nashs arms and ran out of the hospital I sat on the curb only the street lights lighten up.
I felt someone sit beside me and looked over
" y/n baby ?" I asked trying to feel that she was there and I wasn't hilusinating I couldn't feel her
"I'm always gonna be here " she said
"even if you can't feel me I'll be here I'm never gonna leave you but you have to stay strong for me you can get through this you'll find another girl who will love you as much as I do okay ? I love you so much goodbye " and then she disappeared
