Time Out (episode 3)

Ellie POV:
We get back to the Tremont "harpers waiting for us we have to go" Griff says and we head down to the portal and Griffin opens it well at least try's to because it isn't working "Griff this has never happened before" i say "I know Ellie but it's not working" he says "what's happening" Daisy says "the portal isn't opening" i say and we decide to head back and look at the radio and i walk around to the back of it "Griffin this is bad like really bad the crystals that was there is gone" i say "oh no and until we find it Harper is stuck in the past and Daisy is stuck in the future" he says "but papa and Sam depend on me" Daisy says "maybe it was stolen" i say "but Ellie the only people who know about this place is Harper and Savannah and us 3 unless it was the ghost" he says and I grab Harpers bag

we walk out we get to the main part of the basement "so Harper will cover for you and you have to cover for her" Griff says "yes but even if she can be me I can't be her" Daisy says "of course you can you pulled it off earlier" i say "yes with your help and what was that you said about" Daisy says "here" i say handing her Harpers bag "what's this" she says "it's harpers clothes once you put them in you'll look exactly like her" Griff says "and as far as being alone you won't be because now that you have this we will be right there with you" i say while pulling out Harpers phone and showing her FaceTime "what is Griffin Ellie this is all to much I can't and what we're you saying about a ghost" she says "oh right about that" Griff says while he gestures to the mirror "my mothers mirror" Daisy says "yea but it's more than that it's how she communicates with us" i say "who the ghost" she asks "it's not just any ghost it's well it's your mother" i say "what no Ellie that is impossible it's crazy" Daisy says "crazier than time travel" griffin says and the mirror fogs up "I think she wants to help us maybe if you ask her something" i say "mother if that's really you please I have to get back to papa and Sam do you know where the crystal is" she asks and the mirror spells home "home yes that's where I'm trying to go to it doesn't make any sense if she knows the crystals missing she has to know I'm stuck here right" Daisy says  "yeah but what if that's not what she's saying I mean she knows you're staying at harpers maybe that's where she wants us to go" Griffin says

Griffin and I get Daisy to Harpers and we are heading home "so do you think we can get them back to their homes" i say while griffin and I hold hands "yea I think we can we just have to find the crystal" he says "well I wish we could have a break and actually have a fun time time traveling like I want to see my parents" i say "I know you do princess maybe we can see them soon" he says as we walk into the porch and we open the door and griffin accidentally slams it "Griffin what did we tell you about the door" Ben says "oh sorry I forgot" he says "where have you guys been" Sarah says "we were at harpers house why" I say "well you guys haven't been down in the basement lately have you" She asks "not since dad and I moved the mirror down there yesterday" Griffin says and i nudge him "a decision I'm starting to regret yea we caught Wyatt and Zoey down there earlier" ben says and the i squeeze griffins hand "really" i say "yeah so if you wouldn't mind setting a good example" ben says and Sarah cuts him off "no more basement okay" she practically yells "of course yeah w-we get it we will be upstairs if you need us" Griff says

we walk upstairs and we hear Zoey and Wyatt talking "what is it anyway" Zoey says "I guess it's some kind of rock" Wyatt says "so that's it it doesn't light up or move or anything" Zoey says as we reach their door "try shaking it" Wyatt says "put it down now" griffin yells and they scream and it's just a smaller crystal "oh um" Griff says "Griffin Ellie what the heck" Zoey says "sorry I-I thought you guys were Never mind so what game are you playing" he says "it's not a game it's a spirit board" Wyatt says "we're trying to contact the ghost who pulled down the wallpaper" Zoey says "we might be doing it wrong though we couldn't find the instructions" Wyatt says "cool" i say  "what did you think we were doing anyway" Zoey asks "oh i uh I thought you uh you know what I forgot actually it's kind of weird huh" he says "very weird" Zoey says "yea but he's Griffin he's always weird uh sorry well good luck on your board thingy" i say while pulling griffin out of the room

And we go to our room and get changed we have a sheet we can pull out like the one in the bunker then we decide to head to the basement and we are looking for the crystal and I hear something rattle "uh griffin" "yes Ellie" "um turn around" and he turns around and says "Grace" and he goes to open it and pulls out a letter "get this moss man is real he's the maintenance man here at the hotel and I just saw him coming out of the secret room in the parlor he's definitely up to something hope to know more next time I see you Savannah" Griffin says "no way" I say and I get a call from Daisy "Daisy did you find the crystal" i say "I've barley had any time to look Mrs. Dunn asked me to cook some strange food for supper and now I can't even remember what it was" "so I mean you live on a farm you just know how to cook something" "of course I cook for papa and same everyday but I don't know how to use anything here" "well sure you do how about the oven" "yes I see it" "great uh now open the fridge that's the big silver box over there and cook the first thing you find" "oh my I think I can do that then what" "the only thing that matters find the crystal" and I hang up
"Ok so now that she knows how to make food" i say "we need to start finding the crystal" and we head up to our room and it's been a few hours and he pulls out the note while we are on the bed and my head is on his shoulder "why would miss man be in the secret room" he says "wait Griff look at the name tag" and he pulls it closer to his face and then uses his phone and zooms in "I think it says Sam" he says and calls Daisy "I tried to search Topher's room but" "no it's ok listen our friend Savannah just sent us this picture and I need you to take a look at it" "what is it a picture of" she asks "it's the maintenance man at the hotel in 1962 I think his names Sam" i say "Sam like my brother" "exactly and it may just be a coincidence but" Griff says while he shows the picture "it could be him but why is he working as a maintenance man in 1962" "no idea but he's an inventor right I mean we saw him on this crazy bike thing and he's into time travel H.G. Wells that kind of stuff" he says "yes that's my brother why" she asks "well what if somehow he's the key to all of this" I say and we hang up

"Well I think we should get some sleep" i say while I lay on his chest "but Ellie we haven't had alone time in a while" he says "fine only for a few tho ok" "ok" he says and he kissed me and we are making out for a while and he misses my neck "dude no marks I mean it" i say "ugh fine" he says and kisses me again and we are making out for a few more minutes and I pull away "ok now it's time for bed Mr" "aw man fine but cuddle me" he says while pouting "ok" and I lay on his chest "I love you Ellie" "I love you too Griffin" and we fall asleep

Sarah's POV:
I walk into the kids room to check if they are sleeping and I get to griffin and Ellie's and they look so adorable and I take a picture and walk downstairs "ben look how cute they are" and I show him the picture

"Aw they are adorable Norah and Jesse would be so happy" he says "I know I wish they were still here" i say "they will always be with us no matter what" he says
