After a raid of your home town you lead your people to the town of Encanto where you are greeted with the kindness of the Madrigals and one boy draws your attention
I woke up the next day for breakfast and got dressed, Mirabel had already seemed to have awoken and when I came downstairs everyone was there.
"Hey Y/N!" Camilo smiled,
"Good morning!" I smiled back and sat down. After breakfast I was pulled aside by everyone in the family I saw everyone but dolores.
"I wanna propose to Dolores but I need help setting up." Mariano had written on a paper and held up to me everyone was quite to make sure she wouldnt know,
"Ill take her out to where she cant hear you guys." Mariano quickly jotted down,
"Me, Luisa, Camilo, and Y/N can help set up a spot." Isa held up her paper,
"Ok me and the others will make other preparations." Pepa smiled showing her paper. Everyone nodded and set off.
"Wow Dolores is gonna get married!" Mirabel whispered,
"Yea so soon." Camilo cried,
"Oh quit overreacting!" I whisper hitting his head,
"Stop fighting and lets set this up!" Isa scolded and we left for town. This time we stayed together incase Christian decided to pull anything, thankfully he didnt I guess he was afraid of getting his face crushed by Luisa and Isa.
"Ok what do we need?" I asked,
"I dont know but hear me out. Glitter. Lots of it." Isabella smirked. We all knew where this was going. We grabbed everything we needed and tried to decide where to set it up,
"We could do it at the clearing I found in the forest!" I smiled,
"Oooo yes and I can grow some strangler fig!" Isa added on and we ran to the pond.
"Ok stand back." Isa sighed and sprouted some figs making a little cave.
"Luisa go get a table and chairs." Isa ordered and Luisa nodded and ran back to casita
"Camilo and Y/N you set up the lanterns and glitter." Isa assigned us.
"Got it!" I smiled Camilo nodded,
"Ill work on some plants and clear some trees to open this more." Isa said and left the cave.
"Ok you do lanterns ill fill the balloons with glitter." I commanded Camilo immediately followed,
"Yes mam'!" Camilo laughed and started hanging lanterns as I blew up balloons, after blowing just 5 I got light headed.
"You ok mi vida?" Camilo looked over at me,
"Yea just blowing these damn balloons makes me dizzy." I laughed as Camilo sat me down and took over. A few minutes later Luisa came back along with everyone else but Abuela,
"Great ok place the table there and the plates and everything where you see fit." Isa pointed as me and Camilo finished blowing up the balloons and hanging them all over the tree. After a bit everyone stood back to admire our work.
"Wait-" Camilo gasped and placed a lantern in the middle of the table,
"There." He smiled,
"My baby is going to be all grown up." Pepa formed a cloud over her head, which was understandable. Finally the spot looks perfect. Quickly everyone grabbed extra candles and lights and lined up the path leading to the dinner and Isa summoned some fireflies.
"It's perfect!" I smiled,
"I think were just about done!" Isa said proudly.
"And just in time." Luisa said looking in the distance,
"Here they come."
