This is from Tanjiro's POV in the morning.

Third Person:

Tanjiro woke up from the dream he had been having. It had been a nice one.

There were cherry blossom petals everywhere. There was also the silhouette of somebody...although he just couldn't put his finger on who it could be.

And speaking of cherry blossoms...

As he sat up in his bed, he looked out the window to see the beautiful trees in full bloom, the pale pink petals drifting around lazily in the morning breeze.

After Tanjiro had gotten ready for the day, he chose to wear a simple blue yukata that used to be his father's. Afterwards, he headed down to the dining area.

There, at the table, he saw his mother, his three brothers, and one of his sisters sitting at the table

There, at the table, he saw his mother, his three brothers, and one of his sisters sitting at the table.

Smiling, he greeted his mother and rubbed his brother Shigeru on the head, who was busy taking rice balls from his older brother's set plate.

"Hey!" Hanako scolded her brother. "Those were only for Onii-Chan! I made them specially for him!"

Tanjiro laughed as he sat down in his chair. "That's alright Hanako. You can make me more rice balls later!"

Hanako made a pouting face and puffed out her cheeks, but when her older brother smiled warmly and tickled her chin, her face relaxed and she started to giggle.

Their mother looked on happily at the shenanigans that her children were getting into.

Tanjiro looked up to see his mother smiling. Seeing her smile made him happy, because ever since their father had fallen ill, she seemed more tired and sad that usual.

A sudden noise and a stifled yawn made the redheaded boy look up. Walking towards the seat next to him was his younger sister, Nezuko, in a simple black dress with a light green scarf and her signature pink bow.

The eldest daughter had taken her seat beside her older brother. "Good morning, Onii-Chan!"

"Morning Nezuko, I hope you slept well, considering you're late to the table again," her brother said, chuckling.
