This is what was happening while we were watching Zenitsu and Nezuko's POV.
Third Person POV:
Kanao stirred, and she slowly opened her eyes.
Wha...where am I? What happened...I feel so dizzy...
She sat up.
Instead of lying on a sandy beach, she had been lying on a very comfortable bed. Looking around the room, it seemed very luxurious, but very quiet.
She noticed that her butterfly hairpin was gone. Frantically standing up, she felt a sharp pain in her tail...no, a pain in her leg... and she sat down again.
"Oh, good, you're awake!" a voice said.
Looking around, Kanao saw a blue haired girl, not much older than she was, holding a basket of light pink clothes.

The girl put down the basket and headed over to Kanao.
"I took out the butterfly clip from your hair." she said. "If you need it, it's over there, in the drawer of the bedside table!"
"...thank you..." Kanao managed.
"Oh, where my manners?" the girl said, facepalming. "I'm Luna, and I'm the one assisting you while you're on your stay!"
Kanao nodded and waved. "I-I'm...K-kanao..."
"Oh, Kanao, then! That's a very nice name." Luna said. "The royal doctor examined you before you woke up. You have a pulled leg muscle, so I can help you into the bath! Come with me!"
"...okay..."
Taking Luna's arm, Kanao limped over to the bathroom.
After her bath, Luna helped Kanao dress in a nice pink gown.

Kanao turned around in the mirror.
"How do you like it? I saw your hairpin was pink and green, so I got a dress for you to match!"
"...I...like it..." Kanao said slowly, starting to get more comfortable talking around Luna.
Luna helped Kanao tie her hair back into her signature side ponytail.
