Chapter 5 - Investigation

Chihiro and Ibuki were shocked to see of all of them, Ryoma was the next to die

"Well well well. Looks like Ryoma was next"

The two of them turned around to see Rantaro, leaning against a wall, and Taka, standing, shocked

A body has been discovered! Everyone please make their way to the file room on the fifth floor, if you will!

Soon, both Hiyoko and Sayaka appeared at the other end of the room, seeing Ryoma's fried body, looks of shock and fear on their face. As they all got closer to investigate the body, Monokuma appeared

"Puhuhu! That happened rather quick! I expected you all to be here for at least a week, but eh, whatever! Anyway, here's the next Monokuma file for you! It has all the information you need!"

Victim: Ryoma Hoshi

Cause of Death: Electrocution

Time of Death: Unknown

Other Information: None

Hiyoko took one look and was outraged

"All the information!? This tells us nothing!!!"

Taka spoke as well

"I agree with Hiyoko here. all this tells us is what we already know"

"What do ya want? I had to make this thing quick, okay? Anyways, I'll take those collars off, now, since a murder happened"

Monokuma quickly scurried off after detaching everyone's collars. Taka looked back at the file

"This file.................it practically has zero information"

Chihiro finally decided to speak

"I guess.............we should investigate the rest of this floor, in case there is any more information

Investigation Start

Monokuma File 6 has been added to truth bullets

The remaining 6 students each split up in teams of two. Taka and Chihiro investigated the file room itself, Ibuki and Hiyoko were looking around the hall itself, while Rantaro and Sayaka investigated the extra rooms, starting with the room with all the alcohol in racks. 

"Taka, do you see anything of note in this room?"

"Besides Ryoma himself, no"

"It's clear what caused him to be electrocuted, right?"

"Yes. Someone pushed the button on his collar.............realistically, it could have been anyone. The file room can be accessed from both rooms, as well as the hallway"

"So everyone is a suspect...............besides Rantaro........he seems to have nothing to do with the case"

"Yeah.......................Anyway, what have you found on Ryoma's body?"

"There doesn't seem to be any sign of an injuries besides the electrocution"

State of Ryoma's body has been added to truth bullets

"Hey Taka, I'm gonna go check on Rantaro and Sayaka in the extra rooms, then Ibuki and Hiyoko in the hallway, okay?"

"Affirmative. I will stand guard"

Chihiro went to the Dining hall to get information out of Rantaro and Sayaka, who were both sitting down at different tables

"What are you two doing? Shouldn't you be investigating?"
