Light: His face. You find it very attractive and your very protective of it. His facial features are one of his strengths but you love how he'd use it to his advantage for things.
L: His intelligence duh. And cuz of his personality he's so cute you can't contain yourself. Usually when you see him the first thing you do is hug him or kiss him on his cheek. You just love being around him and touching him showing affection to one another. In multiple ways.
Mello: His eyes. His eyes might be my favorite thing about him but anyways. You love how his eyes are different from everyone elses. (Mellos the only character with blue eyes that I can remember he doesn't have black or brown eyes like most.
Near: His height. You like it because you can carry him around and treat him like a child. He loves it too since all he had to do is get in front of you and lift his arms in the air for you to pick him up without saying anything. Plus he can pass as a child at restaurants and stuff. You two pull the kids eat free card all the time
