After I had done some follow up work I found the Doctor looking at ATMOS's components.

"Ionising nano-membrane carbon dioxide converter. Which means that ATMOS works. Filters the CO2 at a molecular level." He tells us

"We know all that, but what's its origin? Is it alien?" Colonel Mace asks seriously

"No. Decades ahead of its time. Look, do you mind? Could you stand back a bit?" The Doctor says

"Sorry, have I done something wrong?"

"You're carrying a gun. I don't like people with guns hanging around me, all right?" The Doctor says quite harshly

"If you insist." Mace says in almost a sense of disheartened before he leaves.

"Tetchy." I comment

"Well, it's true." The Doctor replies without looking at me

"He's a good man." I defend my boss

"People with guns are usually the enemy in my books. You seem quite at home."

"If anyone got me used to fighting, it's you." I remark

"Oh right, so it's my fault." The Doctor scoffs,

"Well, you got me the job. Besides, look at me. Am I carrying a gun?" I say as I open my coat so the Doctor could inspect me

"Suppose not." He mumbles

"It's all right for you. You can just come and go, but some of us have got to stay behind. So I've got to work from the inside, and by staying inside, maybe I stand a chance of making them better and in these seven months that you have been gone I have done that, they're a whole better because of me, because I have taught them a new way of defending and negotiating." I explained passionately

"Yeah? That's more like Alexandria Maidstone." The Doctor smiles

"I learned from the best." I comment,

"Well." The Doctor smiles, when he finishes inspecting the device he stands up properly and looks at me
"Are you coming back?" He asks

"What do you mean?" I reply

"Back in the Tardis with me and Donna." He says

"Do you want me too? Because I don't want to get in the way with you and Donna and I—"

"Aria, I want you to come back it hasn't been the same in there without you. I'm sorry it's been so long you know how it gets in there, time just passes by and you never know what day it is let alone how many months have flown by." The Doctor explains and I smile

"I already told you, you don't need to say sorry I needed that time with my mum and the rest of my family it gave me time to grieve in a sense and I am honestly much better for it." I say just as Donna enters the room.

"Oi, you lot. All your storm troopers and your sonics. You're rubbish. Should've come with me." She says

"Why, where have you been?" The Doctor asks her

"Personnel. That's where the weird stuff's happening, in the paperwork. Because I spent years working as a temp, I can find my way round an office blindfold, and the first thing I noticed is an empty file." She says

"Why, what's inside it? Or what's not inside it?" I ask her

"Sick days. There aren't any. Hundreds of people working here and no one's sick. Not one hangover, man flu, sneaky little shopping trip, nothing. Not ever. They don't get ill."

"That can't be right." Mace says as he takes the blue folder from Donna

"You've been checking out the building. Should've been checking out the workforce." She says
