It's been a couple days since I last heard or seen Loki, since he healed me a few nights ago. Sometimes I still wonder why he did it, but I try not to think to much of it.

I couldn't help but think if it was night or day outside, this cell doesn't provide any windows which sucked as it was always dark and cold in the room.

Then suddenly I heard the familiar sound of the key rustling through the key hole. I quickly stat up from my mattress as I stared at the door as it slowly opened to reveal two guards. Before they properly entered the room I took my glass from under my pillow. Stuffing it under my sleeve.

"You're coming with us." One of them demanded as he walked towards me with a cuff in his hand.

I didn't know where I was going or why I was leaving. But what I did know was that this was my chance to escape, probably the closest I will probably get. I stood still as I let the guard approach me. He grabbed hold of my arm as he reached for his cuff.

Before he had the chance to put it on me, I slashed his face roughly with the shade of glass.

His cry's of agony didn't go unnoticed by the other guards there were standing outside the cell door, as they now ran in the room, pointing their swords at me.

Without wasting time I attacked one of them as I quickly dogged, the swing he took towards my stomach. I grabbed his hand as I pulled him towards me then quickly kicking him harshly in the gut, causing him to collapse on the cold hard floor along with his sword that flung across the room.

Turning my attention towards the sword, the other guard wasted no time in punching me in the jaw then tried to swing his sword towards me, I quickly collapsed to the floor in pain as he slowly came towards me. "You're going to pay for that little girl." He threatened.

I couldn't move as my hand rested on my jaw in pain. Once he was close enough he stood in front of me throwing his sword on the mattress. Making me confused as I turned my attention towards him.

He smiled at me with so much hatred in his eyes as I felt my heart drop with the sudden panic. He than roughly kicked my stomach and ribs, knocking the air right out of my lungs as I gasped for breath. Every kick was harder and harsher then the one before it.

Every bone in my body ached as I tried to find anything to help myself. Without me noticing he picked me up and thrown me across the cold mattress. He chucked as I groaned in pain, feeling my eyes slowly lose consciousness, I felt his body begin to lean on top of me.

"You're going to pay for that." He exclaimed as he put both hands on my neck roughly. I couldn't give up, I fought the pain as I remembered he thrown his sword on the bed. Rustling my hand around I felt something steel and made of metal as I grabbed hold of it. I wasted no time and hit him in the head.

He fell on the ground with a thud as he groaned in pain as I panted for breath, feeling the air enter my lungs as my hand immediately clutched onto my neck lightly. Feeling the stinging sensation begin to form.

Still heaving slightly I picked up the sword and ran outside the doors, running as fast as I could. It was like a maze, I turned corners before I founded myself in a long golden corridor. It took me a few moments for my eyes to adjust from the sudden brightness.

Despite my lack of vision, It was beautiful site as it was all made of cold, the ground was grafted into a decorative marble, along with the pillars that stood tall in the hall. I couldn't help but admire it as it was nothing I have never seen before.

"Get her!"

Was all I heard snapping me out of my gaze. I snapped my head around to see a three armed guards run towards me. I instantly began to run again hearing their heavy footsteps not far behind me, I turned my head slightly as I kept running, terrified of what would happen if they caught me.

Before I could turn my head I bumped into a strong chest, making me fall on the ground firmly by the sudden impact, knocking the sword from me, I darted up immediately in fear to see those same cold emerald eyes stare deeply into mine. Making me frozen in fear as I panted for breath from the constant running.

"Your majesty." The guards spoke as they all came to a hault. As they all stood in horror at the scene.

There was no doubt I was panicking as I looked into his sapphire eyes as he glared at the guards behind me. The pain began to hit me like a ton of bricks as my hand instantly clenched around my stomach.

"My prince, we can explain she attacked us and escaped." One of the guards exclaimed in fear.

Loki stood tall, glaring towards the men in a way that scared me. I've never seen him like this before even when I was interrogating him at the Helicarrier.

His strong gaze turned to me making me feel weak as I stared back returning his gaze. He slightly frowned as his eyes as he studied my body very slowly. There was no doubt he could see the hands marks around my neck as I kept my hand tightly around my stomach and ribs. This made me feel uncomfortable as his piercing eyes looked me up and down firmly before he looked back towards the guards in anger.

"My prince." One guard hesitated as he frowned in confusion.

Loki then snapped his eyes towards him making everyone gulp in fear as there was dead silence in the room. All I could hear was the sound of my heart as it pumped so fast In my chest as I tried to steady myself.

Loki then summoned his scepter with his magic as he pointed it towards the guards who all gasped in panic as he stared at their prince in shock.

"You dare lay your pathetic fingers on her!?He threatened harshly before he blasted them with the Tesseracts power.

All I could hear was the sounds of screams as they were flown against the pillars.

There was no doubt I was panicking as I slowly backed away from Loki who turned his full attention towards me with a undesirable look as he slowly approached me.

I backed up until my back hit the golden pillar behind me preventing me from going any further. Using my hands I used all my strength to stand up, using my back as support. I felt my eyes begin to water, holding them back as hard as I could as Loki now stood tall in front of me.

"Hush now my dove, no one shall lay there fingers upon you again." He whispered softly as he reached his hand resting it on my cheek. I stared at Loki In shock, I've never seen this side of him, it almost feels almost unreal, like I am in a dream. But the pain in my stomach prevents me from thinking that.

I groan in pain as I lean slightly forward, my hand still rested around my stomach. Loki's eyes snapped towards my hand as he used his other hand to remove my own.

"Stop." I groaned avoiding his eyes.

He ignored me as he cautiously had his hand on my hoodie slowly lifting it up, I immediately grabbed his hand, now looking up into his eyes again as he stared into mine, giving me butterflies despite the pain I was feeling.

Then out of no where we heard more guards in the distance. Loki let out a sigh in annoyance before he used his magic to teleport us into a other room.

My eyes darted around me noticing we were now in a bedroom. The room was decorated in heavy, green tapestries that remained me of medieval. The bed, much larger than a king size I've ever seen, similar to a sleigh bed, with gold accents and evergreen silk coverings. Intricate woven rugs cover the floor as a fire crackles in the overbearing black marble fireplace.

I felt my mouth open in shock when I glanced up at the ceiling that was artistically painted with images of dragons, great battles and mythical creatures.

"You're safe now darling." He whispered softly to himself.
