PROLOGUE
I sighed heavily as I reached for my cup of coffee. Sumandal ako sa swivel chair habang tinitingnan ang reports ng company sa iPad ko. So far, the company's running so good and successful.
I glanced at the glass window of my office. Gabi na pala. Hindi ko man lang napansin. I checked the time in my Clé de Cartier watch and it's past 9 and I forgot na hindi pa pala ako nag di-dinner. Maybe I can drive thru later.
I was busy scrolling and reading the reports that was sent to me by the heads of every department in the company. I gently placed my cup at the saucer at inayos ang iPad ko. I stood up and stretched.
"Oh. It feels so good."
Daing ko habang nag ste-stretched. Huminga ako ng malalim at isinilid ang iPad ko sa Louis Vuitton Robusto Briefcase ko.
Sinukbit ko ito sa aking balikat at naglakad patungo sa glass door. I walked towards the elevator and I went in as I pushed the parking lot button.
The top floor of the building is my own office. Buong floor ay sakop ko. After all, I'm the Chief Executive Officer of Solanna State Clothing Brand.
Ipinamana ito sa'kin ng mga magulang ko. Well, my parents are enjoying their retirement now at Switzerland. We have a mansion there, and also may mga assigned maids din ako na ipinadala doon para makatulong kay Mom at Dad.
The elevator opened and it welcomed me in the VIP parking lot. Lumabas ako at nagtungo sa sasakyan ko. I don't know why there's a parking lot for VIP basta pagtungtong ko dito andito na iyan. There's also a parking lot for normal employees.
I opened the driver's side of my Range Rover Sport and slid in. Pinaandar ko ito at sinuot ang seatbelt. I drove outside the parking lot and speed in the main road.
I guess this is the end of my night.
