It's been two months after my proposal to Solene in Maldives. For the past two months, we were busy securing and buying some assets for our future.

We talked about what to do with our works once we settle down.

The beach resort I have is booming. But I know it'll take years, papa like his job a lot, simula pa ng highschool ako ay ito na talaga ang ginagawa niya.

She even joked that she intended to resign so that she can have lots of time to bond with I and Solene's future babies. Si mama talaga.

Well, back to the main topic.

My resort is one of our assets, idadagdag ko iyon sa listahan namin ni kitten. We decided that the resort's profit ay mapupunta sa bangko at doon kukuha if in case of emergency and doon na din kukuha sa tubo kapag may eh papa-renovate sa resort but I think it's not really appropriate for now dahil halos lahat ng pasilidad sa resort ay bago at ang mga hotels ay modernized, same with the beach houses.

Sa suweldo naman ng employees namin, we will also get it from the resorts income. Not to brag but the beach resort's weekly gain is more than 180,000 per week. When it's peak season umaabot ng 250 to 350,000 per week. Umaabot ng ganitong amount dahil na rin sa mga beach activities na ino-offer ng resort and of course the facilities they rented. Their pay is worth it dahil na-e-enjoy din nila ang services ng resort. Napakaraming tao din ang dumadayo. Hindi nababakante ang resort. Indeed, it's a big asset.

I looked at the mini notebook I'm holding right now. I'm in my office here at Elizalde's Studio and I was busy listing mine and Solene's assets so that in the near future hindi na kami mahihirapan kung saan kami kukuha ng mga pang-gastos on our daily living.

Properties/Assets

•La Costa Puerto Beach Resort
• Elizalde's Studio
•The Farm, Dreamweaver's Hill
•My two storey modernise beach house
• Solene's Mansion in Q.C
• My condo in BGC.
• My stocks in Del Rio Engineering and Architect Company.
•Solene's stocks in different clothing brands.

I stared at the paper for a minute. I know this isn't enough, and I need to make sure that'll I buy more properties in and out of the country, hanggang maaga at kaya pa, I need to secure the future of my family. I and Solene's future family.

Although Solene is the CEO of Solanna State Clothing Company, still it's not part of our own assets dahil sa pamilya niya ito. Her father knew about our doings buying properties and assets and he told us to include Solanna on our list but then both I and Solene refused.

Balak din kasi ni Solene na ipasa ang puwesto sa nakababatang kapatid niya na si Aniah but then Aniah don't like handling their own company, she's into fashion designing.
