I guess it would go something like:
Karl's sleepy and walks in on Sapnap and Quackity kissing, the two panic and Karl just goes "Sap put a shirt on, both of you get in bed. I want cuddles." The two are confused but comply and Karl drops the bomb, bingo-bango they're Karlnapity now
ver2:
Quackity opens the door to his and Karl's room and sees him and Sapnap cuddling, Karl goes: "It's not like you think-" Quackity stops him and goes: "Invite me next time jeeze." And proceeds to cuddle up with the two, Sapnap wakes up and he and Quackity trap Karl between them.
Ver3:
Sapnap drove home and catches Quackity trapping Karl on a corner and joins in, that's it, no questions just, lip bite.
