This book deals with a part of mental health struggles, possible mentions of suicide and self harm. The characters have their fair share of mental health issues, the ones highlighted here are Depression, Anxiety and PTSD. There will also be mentions of blood, medication and attacks ( medical ones ) alongside Cancer and its treatment, not in a glorified extremely un-sensitive manner but it will be mentioned. Some chapters may be heavier than others.
This book also deals with heavy trauma, death and depression.
