LEXIEN COULDN'T STILL BELIEVE AFTER EVERYTHING that she heard from Klane's explanation, hours ago. Parang hindi parin siya makapaniwala na nasa panganib ulit sila. Well, actually... Hindi rin naman kataka-taka ang mga pangyayayri ngayon dahil it was all part of Klane's work. It will gonna be a mess and chaos.

All can Lexien can do is to pray for everyone's safety. Wala namang siyang iba pang magagawa kundi iyon.

Sighing, Lexien was staring at the ceiling, still thinking about the bad news that she heard today. She didn't felt and heard that someone just come on in the room.

Nagulat na lamang siya ng bigla itong nagsalita.

"You still mad at me, love?" Batid sa boses ni Klane ang pangamba saka ang pag-aalala.

Lexien sighed heavily. "I'm not mad." Pag-amin niya. " I'm just confused, worried and scared."

Lumapit si Klane kay Lexien saka masuyo itong niyakap.

"I'm sorry, love..." Mahinang bulong ni Klane sa kasintahan. " I'm sorry for this mess."

"It's okay." Lexien voice was calm. " I should expect that this would be happen because of your work. I mean your a mafia Lord so...yeah."

Klane felt so guilty about endangering them. All he can do is to apologise for everything that he have done to them.

"I'm sorry..." Klane whispered again. "I should made a plan on about keeping your safety."

Lexien stunned. "Your not planning about pushing me away, don't you?"

"No!" Klane answered. " I will never do it anymore!" Then, he looked down. "But if it the best way to make all of you safe... then I will do it."

"Don't you dare, Klane!" Anang ni Lexien sa kasintahan. " Don't push us away again. Did you hear yourself? You told me that you love me, right?" Klane nodded. " Then prove yourself! If you push us away- me again... I don't know what to do anymore."

Klane's sad face glanced at her. " I just want you all safe..."

"There's other way around, Klane. Pushing us is not just the option." Ani Lexien saka humiwalay sa yakap nito. " Please... Let me fight with you. It's our battle. We need each other to overcome this challenge- this problem!"

"But your pregnant, love." Kontra ni Klane sa sinabi ni Lexien. " I don't want you to be stressed. Stressed is bad for you health. Ayokong may mangyaring masama sa magiging anak natin ulit."

Hinawakan ni Lexien ang mga kamay ni Klane saka masuyong hinaplos iyon.

"Klane, it's okay. It's alright. I'll be fine. Nandiyan ka naman e. I'm sure hindi mo ako-kami pababayaan."

"But Lexien... It gonna be so dangerous for you...."

"Trust me, babe. Believe me." Anang ni Lexien. " Have trust on your girl, okay?"

Klane was reluctant to agree. Ayaw niyang madamay si Lexien at ang anak nila. But he can't say no to her either. What should he do?

"Babe..." Malambing na tawag ni Lexien sa kasintahan para mapapayag ito sa kagustuhan. " We will fight this together, okay?"

Seconds later, Klane head move to nod.

"Fine. But if things got worst, you will obey me. Understand?"

Nakangiting tumango si Lexien. " I understand."

"Good, now let's eat first. It's lunch time now." Anang ni Klane saka tumayo at pumunta sa mesa saka binuksan ang paper bag na may lamang pagkain na binili ng sekretaryo niya kanina.
