In Central City things were quiet. Now Barry was either at his job or just talking with Cisco or Caitlin. Today was one of the days where he got to hang out with his best friends. Cisco was still complaining about his loss during laser tag even though it was a week ago. Cisco was still complaining when Oliver, Felicity come walking through.
"Also Tomorrow I have a family problem I have to go to so you might see me for a couple of days."
"What happened" Caitlin asked
"My grandpa died, I've only met him once. He and my mother were not on the best of terms. This is going to be a tough weekend." Cisco said and something else caught Barry's attention.
"Oh my god hey guys" Barry said causing Caitlin and Cisco to turn around.
"Felicity, Oliver hey" Caitlin
"Hey guys what been happening in Central City?" Felicity asks
"Not much, What about Star city?" Caitlin asks
"Well we just defeated the League of Assassins and we will, take the break while we can" Oliver says
"Hey you guys want to grab a quick coffee" Felicity asks
"Sorry got to pack" Cisco says "See you guys in a few days"
"What about you guys, coffee?" Felicity says
"Sure" Barry says "You?"
"Obviously any reason to hang out with my best friend" Caitlin says walking towards Felicity.
Barry is shocked "I thought Cisco and I were your best friends"
"Nope" She said "Now I want coffee let's go"
Barry speeds them all to Jitters and they sit down talking a little before Felicity asks Caitlin to go get the coffee with her. "Hey Caitlin you wanna come get the coffee with me"
"Sure" she says and the get up and walk to the long line of people. Felicity is the only person that knows about Caitlin's crush on Barry.
"Dude what was that" Felicity says to Caitlin
"What do you mean?" Caitlin asks
"I mean you and Barry flirting" Felicity scream whispers
"We weren't flirting" Caitlin defended match Felicity's tone
"Yes you were also how do you not see that he clearly likes you back the first conversation we had was about you guys ." Felicity says
"Yeah about how I lost laser tag" Caitlin argued
"Because your so predictable which is actually him saying I know you so well" Felicity said "Caitlin you like him, he likes you why won't you make a move"
"If he likes me, if then why hasn't he made a move" Caitlin said
"He's Barry." Felicity says and Caitlin nods "Caitlin you have to tell him how to feel if you want him" Caitlin just sighed knowing Felicity is right.
"Anyway enough about me how are you and Oliver?" Caitlin asks
Meanwhile Barry and Oliver were having a similar conversation. "So you like Caitlin."
"What? Why you say that" Barry said not making eye contact with Oliver.
"The way you look at her and she was the first thing you talked about also the fact you two were flirting with each other." Oliver says
"Okay we were not flirting" Barry says
"Aha you do admit you like her but seriously you were flirting that was not playful banter between friends. Barry if you want her go for it." Oliver said
"Didn't you tell me that hero's like us never get the girl" Barry pointed out
"That was until I got Felicity and you can get Caitlin but do it before it's too late." Oliver said and Barry nodded in response
Then the girls came along with the coffees, "Okay decaf for me, mocha for Oliver, Pumpkin latte for Caitlin and a Flash with three shots of espresso for Barry." Felicity said
"You have a drink named after you, since when is that a thing." Oliver asked a bit annoyed that he doesn't have one.
"I stopped a singularity, maybe if you save your city you can get one too." Barry said and then slurped his drink and the girls were shocked.
"Hahahaha oh Barry you're going to regret that at some point." Oliver said and the girls shared a look
"Looks like were going to have to see who's better" Barry said
"No, no, no, no, you are not doing that thing were you guys fight to see who is better last time I had to fix Barry's fractured knee" Caitlin said
"You boys are such children" Felicity said
They just sat there talking about there cities and funny superhero stories all afternoon. Laughing and talking a lot. "We should go back to the hotel, we haven't even unpacked our stuff yet." Felicity said standing up and Oliver stood up next to her.
"Good seeing you Felicity" Caitlin said and hugged her
"Tell him before it's to late" Felicity whispers Caitlin's ear
"Bye Felicity" Barry says and hugs her after shaking hands with Oliver. "Should I speed you guys there it will be so much faster." Barry said
"Yes I do not want to walk" Felicity said. Barry the got the two and sped them away to their hotel and then came back to Caitlin.
"Should I drop you home too" Barry offered
"I don't want you to go through all that trouble." Caitlin said
"Nonsense" Barry said "come on I'll take you home" and before she knew it she was outside her apartment.
"Thanks" she said "See you tomorrow"
"Bye" He said then sped away
"Bye Barry" She said very softly looking to where he sped away.
