after i got done getting ready i hear honking outside of my house. i quickly grab my bag and say goodbye to my mom.
"hey bitches" i say getting in the backseat with nick and madi.
"yo," matt said pulling out of my driveway.
"bro pass me the aux" nick said waiting for the aux to be handed to him.
"nah bro, all your'e gonna play is doja cat and dua lipa shit" chris said.
"that was rude, they are literally not that bad" nick defended.
"to you they aren't" chris laughed.
"hand me the aux" i said knowing what i would play.
chris hands me the aux, we made eye contact that felt like sparks, and i start playing "Live While We're Young" by one direction.
me and madi love this song and the whole car ride we screamed one direction.
we finally made it to mcdonalds and we ordered our food.
"my ears still hurt from all your yelling" chris said covering his ear.
"you're welcome" i gave him a smile and ate some of my french fries. (mcdonalds french fries >>)

"thanks for driving me home" i said getting out the car.
"yeah ofc, see you later ellie" matt said.
"bye!" i wave at them as they drive out of my driveway and i walk inside.
"hey ellie" my sister says watching me come inside.
"hey flora," i say walking into the kitchen to get something to drink.
"how's chris?"
"what do you mean" i seem to be confused why she would ask me that.
"oh i don't know, you just been hanging out with him a lot and post on your story about him"
"we're just friends"
"mhm for sure" flora smiles knowing i was lying.
"ugh fine, maybe there's something going on but i don't know."
"AHH I SHIP" flora jumps happy for her sister.
"SHUT UP" i yelled hitting her arm.

i then started blushing just thinking about it, about him.
