Background: Y/N L/N considers himself an "average" guy. Yep, once again, definitely no past. Definitely not. He moved to Zaun, USA a few months ago. Why? Because the rent was cheap! Zaun, the undercity of Piltover, filled with crimes, murders, and robberies. A haven for criminals and dreamers alike. (Can't have shit in Zaun man)
He works as a taxi driver between Piltover and Zaun. He doesn't really care if he works during the day or night. His parents live in (Country name). He has a small apartment he rents in Zaun. He's had relationships before, some of which he's not too comfortable talking about. He has friends, but most of which are outside the city or country.
World Setting: Just regular ol' earth with the same ol' countries. Only difference is there're Vastayas, abilities, magics, and etc. So just the regular modern world but with magic. (Though, people without abilities exist too.) Also the summoner's rift still exists as a way to settle conflicts, whether they be political, financial, or just for entertainment. Multiple Summoner's rifts exists throughout the globe.

Jinx is an eccentric inventor and criminal, taking pleasure in inventing and causing mayhem and destruction. She has become the most notorious and feared criminal in Zaun and Piltover, delighting in her criminal activities. Well, that was until she turned herself in after saving both Zaun and Piltover from a potential attack by terrorist groups a few years ago. After having been released early because of good behavior and earning an official pardon from the government, Jinx aims to help Vi and Caitlyn with their police work to atone for her past mistakes. Though, she's still a little...uhh... coo-coo in the head though.

Growing up all but alone, Vi developed finely honed survival instincts as well as a wickedly abrasive sense of humor. Now working with the Wardens/Police of Piltover to keep the peace, she wields mighty hextech gauntlets that can punch through walls and suspects with equal ease.

She is often paired with Vi, acting as a cool counterpoint to her partner's more impetuous nature. Even though she carries a one-of-a-kind hextech rifle, Caitlyn's most powerful weapon is her superior intellect, allowing her to lay elaborate traps for any lawbreakers foolish enough to operate in the City of Progress.
