"So how was your trip?" Charlie asked driving me from the airport back to forks. "Yeah it was great, my friend loved meeting up again after not seeing each other in so long." I said lying out of my teeth, I felt bad lying to my dad but I couldn't exactly say that I actually went to Italy to stay with 3 immortal vampires that are 1000 years old, I'm not sure that conversation would go down too well.

"Yeah, I'm glad your back honey. I missed you, your sister has something important to tell you when you get back." Charlie explained nervously scratching his head.

"Oh okay, we'll how is Bella? We haven't kept in touch since I went away." I questioned. He took a deep breath and smiled at me "yeah she's good, she's just, you know, being Bella." He said very suspiciously, right, okay, kinda panicking now, she's not dead, is she! No, no stupid question, someone would've told me. I've just got to try and not overthink this.

I'm home now, I'm in my bed and ive been sitting here for 3 hours, who was I kidding, obviously I was going to over think it.

I've come to the conclusion that Bella is now a ninja turtle, I know, sounds crazy, but it all adds up.

I mean hell, she's probably living in a sewer right now. Damn, I always thought she would've become a vampire instead of a ninja turtle, guess you never really know someone.

I walked up to the Cullens' house, already hearing the chaos going on inside. I walked straight in, knowing that everyone was too busy to open the door.

"Yoo-hoo! The best swan is back! Hint it's not Bella!" I shouted alerting the family I was home.

I felt two people hugging me, which felt more like I was being strangled. It was Rosalie and Alice.

They pulled away and had massive smiles on their faces "Bella is making me want to die again." Rosalie mumbled sighing deeply "Okay! Enough about Bella! You! Tell us everything! Did you sleep together yet!" Alice asked her eyes brightening up as she squealed like a little girl at a sleepover.

"ALICE! We can all hear you. And this most definitely isn't something I want to hear." Edward shouted from upstairs, nice to know the old grump is still breathing, well not breathing just there I guess. I don't think vampires breathe.

"No, Alice we didn't sleep together." Alice and Rosalie had a clear dissatisfied look. "I was hoping to hear some spicy stories." Rosalie teased.

"Once again! We can all hear you, please...stop!" Edward cringed walking down the stairs.

"Oh boohoo Edward they're only asking because there is a possibility I might be having sex, unlike you. 100-year-old virgin." He closed his eyes took a minute to compose himself. "It's nice to know you haven't changed Vera."

"Well, what can I say, you can't change perfection."

I heard someone cough behind me, it was Bella.
"Could I have a word, Vera?" She asked coming closer, okay in conclusion Bella is still very much a human and not a vampire or ninja turtle.

"So...Me and Edward are engaged." My mouth visibly opened and I dropped my bottle of water "Wow! wow! wow...Well, congratulations, seems almost yesterday when Edward used to climb into your room and stand there like a creep" I said, I liked to remind Edward what an absolute weirdo he used to be like.

"Okay and this is my cue to leave," Edward said walking over to me ruffling my hair and going back into his room like a teenager, kids these days are so unsociable.

"So, how was your holiday?" Bella asked "yeah it was great. I can't believe you're getting married, seems like yesterday when you moved back and now you're an adult doing adult things, mad."

"Yeah well some people change, others just stay childish and never actually grow up." That was harsh "Why are you mad at me? I haven't even done anything." I said infuriated that I hadn't even been back an hour and she was already starting on me.

"I can't believe you think it's okay to date 3 ancient vampires, lie to dad, and leave to go to Italy and live with them!"

"Wow, your incredibly hypocritical, I can't even be bothered to deal with you." I snapped, making my way into the kitchen where everyone else was.

"Well, this is a fun first day back."
