ᴏɴʟʏ ᴀsʜ ʟᴇғᴛ

I ran up the snowy hills, I could feel the cold in my lungs. I could hear the screams of terror from the newborns.

Victoria wasn't stupid, she knew Edward and Bella would be together, anyone with half a brain cell could have guessed that but here we are.

I went up the hill and saw a wolf ripping the arm of a newborn, I recognised him as Riley Biers.

Edward was giving an inspirational speech about why Victoria shouldn't kill Bella, that guy should run for president.

Edward went in a completely different direction and started to piss her off, maybe he shouldn't run for president. Victoria was so mad she started shaking, her lips trembled as she stared at Edward, and her eyes were laced with anger and vengeance.

Victoria ran at Edward with full power nothing and no one was going to stop her, she had sealed her fate long ago and she wasn't backing down now. She tried to grab Bella but I stood in front with a force covering the front of us. Edward grabbed Bella and ran. Victoria snatched Edward from Bella, Edward pushed her against a tree and made her face him. He jumped on top of her repeatedly bashing her head onto the snowy ground below.

I was that Riley was back and the wolf was rendered unconscious, so I decided to step in I grabbed Riley and lifted him in the air, a cloud of purple mist surrounding and choking him, my eyes turned a violet purple. I saw him swinging his head from side to side desperately trying to get out of my supernatural grasp. I raised my hand and swiped my finger ending his life and making his head detach from the rest of his body.

"Eww, gross!" I exclaimed kicking his head away like a football.

Edward was losing his fight with Victoria, she had him in a headlock her eyes attached to Bella's threatening to end the life of the one she loved. I quickly ran over Edward seemed to loosen up at the sight of me and relax slightly.

Edward grabbed Victoria and pushed her into a tree, the purple smoke surrounded her keeping her from moving, Edward looked at me and I nodded he ripped her head clean off and she fell to the ground her neck looked frozen.

He grabbed a lighter and burnt her body.

The three of us joined the others at the fire, the Volturi opposite us.

I ran other and hugged the three of them and whispered sorry.

Caius was furious, he didn't even look at me when I hugged him, he kept his eyes on the Cullens.

"How dare you! Risk the life of the one we love. You would never risk the life of your precious Bella yet Vera is out fighting for you like some kind of destrier." He seethed all of the Cullens looked taken back, they thought they were going to get rewarded for killing the newborns that was not even close to what was happening right now.

Bella took a step forward in an attempt to soothe the intense atmosphere "We are truly sorry But we needed Vera we wouldn't have won without her! You can't get mad at us Edward also risked his life today, it isn't just about Vera!" Everyone had a look of shock on their face even Jane, Caius was practically a walking bubble of anger by this point "How dare you to compare the life of Vera to your foolish little Cullen boy you insolent girl!"
Caius yelled and Bella backed away taking a few steps back.

Caius still hadn't looked at me, I hope he isn't mad at me I can't just let my friends and family die I had to help.

This was going to be a long day.
