I needed help, but no one came;
I am in my succumb right now;
My anxiety suddenly aimed.
I don't know if I could still stand up, I'm on my low.

Help! Help! Help! That's the thing I wanted to shout.
But, how could they hear me if I am not showing it.
I don't want to bother people just because I'm not stout,
I am just tired, and thinking, should I quit?

Lesson: Not showing that you're in pain and suffering sometimes good and sometimes bad. Everything has ups and downs: the ups of not showing your emotions is that people will not be disturbed by your situation or people won't give a fuck to bother you. But, please remember, if you're not strong enough to handle the pains and sufferings alone, do not insist on facing it alone. If your family or friends can't help you or you don't want to bother them, seek professional help, there's no way in consulting to the professionals lead you in the wrong path or embarrassment, especially if you know that you can't handle your problems anymore. Remember, never be ashamed for SHOUTING FOR HELP!
