Did I give my all? Or is it still not enough?

I gave you my heart, but I received silence—I gave you my words, I received shame.

Shame that you did not give, but I bestowed to myself—a mischief.

If I were brave enough to face them, do you think we can win? Should we exclaim?

Maybe, the Celestials want us to be separated to be mature enough to face each other;

But, I doubt it now that you have your "boy," you're looking in his eyes, full of love;

It was a rain when I saw you with him, but I felt the heat of happiness for you, like the heat of summer;

I want to hold on, but I need to let go for us to grow, even if we're  departed, as you're my truly beloved.

...

Lesson: People are born hypocrites. We tend to say things that are good for others even if it is not what we want to say. We give them that fake answer in order for us to not hurt them, but our actions won't lie, so they will tag as hypocrites. So, I suggest you tell what you want to say even if it hurts someone's feelings. At least you are true not only to that person, but also to yourself. Unlike him that rejected me, but ended with a 'BOY' (just kidding.)
