THEY SAY nothing ever happens in Hawkins, Indiana. It's a dead boring town filled with nothing but generations of farmers and people ready to find a reason to leave. Sure there were the rebellious teens running a muck whenever they could but the most heinous crime that ever happened was when a woman got attacked by a bird mistaking her head of hair for a nest. So it was safe to say Hawkins was another average town with nothing to do. A safe town to grow your children in.
That was until the most popular jock in town asked out a member of the most frowned upon family goes unexpectedly wrong. Making a once quiet town go up in chaos as it's first ever missing persons case is reported, unleashing a multitude of secrets that were once buried come to the surface.
