The vampires arrive at a snow-covered field which is surrounded by many pine trees. Each vampire stays with its mate or partner, analysing the field, realising that the Volturis haven't arrived yet.
Juliette keeps taking Ivette's hand while she takes her brother's hand. Jack is taking Edward's hand. Edward keeps taking his son's hand while trying to read Aro's thoughts.
-I feel them close. - Edward whispers to his wife who nods immediately, still looking at the snow-covered field
-I feel them, too. - The blonde girl assures
-If we survive, I'll follow you anywhere, woman. - Garrett tells Kate who looked away from the field to look at him
-And until now you tell me that. - Kate says mockingly, taking his hand strongly

Juliette gets tense by seeing how many witnesses approach. Every vampire of the Cullen coven gets defensive by seeing how, from all the witnesses, Aro and the whole guard appear. Ivette and Jack hide behind their parents who, immediately, interlock their hands, trying to protect their children.

Irina and Bella look away quickly, realising the mistake they've made. From behind the Cullen coven, the wolves start appearing bit by bit until arriving at where the vampires are, giving them advantage against the Volturis.
