"Wait, you're okay with staying behind, Kit?" I asked, confused.
"Yeah, I'm cool with it. Also, I'm not really in a mood to fight right now and I don't think is a clever idea if you stay behind" said Kit, giving me a sweet smile.
"Well, you have Kit's answer now; can we go?" asked David, grabbing my hand.
"I mean, sure," I said, looking up at David and then at Devin.
"Let's get going then!" said Devin, excited and walking up to the exit.
*After running off towards the middle of Atlantide and looking around; been about 1 hour and 28 minutes*
"We've been searching for a while now. Shouldn't we stop?" asked Devin, leaning against a wall.
"I think we should. What do you think, Mel?" asked David, looking at me.
*I kept staring at something*
"Melody?" asked David again.
*Devin walked up to me and tapped my shoulder, which scared me*
"Oh, it's just you, Devin..." I said, giving an awkward yet satisfying smile.
"You, okay? You spaced off for a while there" said Devin, giving me a worried look.
*I nodded, turning towards David and smiling*
"Mel, I think we should take a small break. We've been searching for the past hour," said David; giving me a stern look; almost making me feel tense and nervous.
"I guess you're right. We should rest a little..." I said, looking down and then back at them.
*Devin smiled then went next to the wall he was leaning on and sat on the floor; patting the space next to him; motioning me to sit next to him. I walked up to him and sat where Dev motioned me. David, after a while, came next to me and leaned on the wall. We rested for a bit until I heard someone call our names*
"Melody! Devin! David!" someone screamed, running in our direction.
"Huh?" asked David, looking at Lukas, who seemed exhausted.
"Lukas, are you okay?" asked Devin, looking up and sounding worried.
"Yes and no. Melody, we found it" said, Lukas.
"Wait, you did?!" I asked, jumping onto my feet.
"Yes, but there's an issue," said Lukas, making a weird face.
"And that is?" asked David, raising one of his eyebrows.
"You should see for yourself," he said, turning towards the direction he came in.
*We followed Lukas until we saw Blake, Inmo, and... Plant?!*
"What is Plant doing here?" asked Devin.
"Yeah, Lukas. What IS Plant doing here?" asked David, eyeing him.
"Kit lost them..." said Blake, looking down, avoiding eye contact.
"Oh, so Kit's going to die," said David, looking away, angry.
"David, calm down. You can deal with that later" I said, sighing after.
"So, where is it?" I asked, looking at Lukas, Blake, and Inmo.
