13 - Heartless

It was late at night, both Priscilla and David were asleep in their bed, while David dreamt that he was in a forest with the Evil Queen.

"Did I wake you? And you're so peaceful when you sleep. In fact, sleeping Snow is my favourite Snow but now, sleeping Charming is meeting a top second," The Evil Queen said.

"Then what do you want?" David asked.

"Has your wife..." The Evil Queen chuckled, "Forgive me, did your dead ex-wife, ever tell you that whatever she wanted she got, plus more," David looked at her confused, "Oh, come on, Charming. You know as well as everyone else, you and Priscilla had a thing for each other long before you both were drugged and Snow never liked how close you two were, she made sure once she got you, you rarely left her side. I want to prove how close you two are. All I want is the next best thing," She placed her hand over David's heart, "Your heart in my hand. And since your wife has half of this heart, I get that, too. You see, that's a little bit more that'll make my day," The Evil Queen said.

"Regina put a protection spell on both of us the moment you rolled into town, you can't take them," David said.

"Oh, did I say I would take them? No, I said you would hand them over... Willingly," The Evil Queen held up a bottle of a cloudy liquid, "And this is how I know it will happen," The Evil Queen as she handed the bottle to David.

"What is this?" David asked.

"What do you think? Something terrible. You have 12 hours to figure it out and follow your conscience or the whole town gets a taste of it and it will be their last taste of anything," The Evil Queen said and disappeared in purple smoke.

David looked at the bottle and around her hurriedly, he had no idea what the liquid would do.

David woke up in his shared bed, he looked over to the bedside seeing his phone, he picked it up and saw the time 3:05 am. He sighed and looked over at Priscilla who was sleeping peacefully beside him.
