***2 year time jump***

Rhiannon's POV

I sat in my workroom putting some final touches on a project. I had stopped working for the band since touring would be a little difficult with the kids. Instead I had started my own children's clothing line. All the clothes were gender neutral, sustainable materials and adaptable for children with special needs. It was like I had found my calling, and I loved it. Josh supported me through every single step to get my business off the ground. I listened to him talking in the kitchen. At least 2 out of 3 kids were screaming as Josh tried to prepare their breakfast. I had offered to help but he insisted on doing it himself.

"Listen, if everyone could just be patient!" He said in a faux annoyed voice. I felt a smile creep on my face. "You all got my vocal cords that is for damn sure!" I couldn't help the giggle that escaped my lips. I decided to go see if he needed help, we had to leave for the airport soon. I walked through the living room and towards the kitchen. The living room had a christmas tree in the corner , the ornaments only starting halfway up so the little hands of our little miracles couldn't reach them. I leaned against the counter as Josh finally placed little plates in front of Pru, Aurora and Denver. The plates had cut up pieces of chocolate chip pancakes on them.

"Oh thats all we need is three 2 year olds to be hopped up on sugar for the flight" I said as I playfully crossed my arms. Josh turned and I laughed when I saw the pancake batter smeared on his face.

"Oh come on, it's their favorite, how can I deny them their favorite breakfast." He said as he smiled at all of them, causing them to smile back or giggle. I walked over and stood between his legs caressing his face and getting the batter with my thumb. I held it to his lips and he gently sucked it off, giving me a smirk as he pulled me into his lap with his hands on my ass.

"Joshy, we can't do this right now, we have to get ready to leave for the airport." I said as he kissed my jaw.

"Fine..." He groaned, "I think we will have lots of alone time once we get to my parents house anyways. We might finally have some time without the kids" He wiggled his brows playfully.

"I'm looking forward to it" I said as I kissed him. We rarely had alone time now that the kids were getting older. When one was asleep the other was awake, and the other way around too. Josh and I still had the passion that we had the day we met, so most of our days where filled with teasing touches and longing looks. We never complained though, we absolutely loved being parents, and we loved our babies. Our house was always filled with giggles and laughs, with the occasional crying and meltdowns in between, but it didn't matter. It was heaven, everything Josh had ever promised me. I looked at him and smiled

"Whats going on in that pretty little head mama?" He asked as he twirled a piece of my hair

"How much I love you and our little life" I said honestly. He just smiled softly before pulling me into another kiss. I heard the front door and knew it was Sam. He had graciously offered to fly with us to help out with the kids.

"Bleh, you two are disgusting. And in front of the children" He said, causing me and Josh to laugh. The kids all started shouting and squealing, calling out to Sam to give them hugs and attention.

"Actually would you watch them for just a second? Rhiannon and I just need to run to our bedroom for a minute" Josh said standing up and hold me around his waist, a wicked grin on his face.

"No way," Sam scoffed, "We need to leave for the airport soon"

"Thats what I said too" I replied as Josh groaned in complaint and put me down. I walked into the kids room and made sure their suitcases were all ready. Then I put some final things in mine before bringing them all to the living room. Then Josh and I worked together to get the kids into clean clothes that weren't covered in pancakes or syrup. We refused to dress them in matching clothes, Josh always told me how much he hated it when he and Jake were little. Plus, each one of our babies was so unique, they each had their own personality and some days I'd even let them help me pick their outfits. Denver, our little red headed wild child. A ball of endless energy, bouncing off the walls constantly. A daredevil, climbing on things and jumping off. The amount of times Josh or I had caught him mid air was astounding. He had gotten my red hair and Josh's wild personality. Then there was Prudence, or Pru as we called her. She gave her twin a run for his money, she was also full of energy but was much more mischievous. Too smart for her own good, she already rolls her eyes when we tell her no. She of all the kids was the only one gentle with Billie, she loved animals already from such a young age. When I looked at her I saw my sass and Josh's mischievousness. My sweet Aurora, she was the calmest of the 3. She spent most of her time watching and then repeating what the others would do. Aurora was always the one to come up and hug or cuddle me or Josh unprompted. All of my kids were affectionate, but she was the most affectionate. Aurora was the embodiment of my favorite part of Josh, his loving heart. She was attached to his hip most days, definitely a daddies girl if I ever saw one. I looked over to see Josh holding Aurora in one arm and Denver in the other,
