Five months had passed and Jisoo was finally showing progress in all of her recovery treatments at the hospital. Haein was happy with her progress and tried to talk to her constantly to make her feel closer to him. Jisoo also didn't need any of the machines that kept her alive. She was breathing better on her own. This gave Haein a feeling of hope that she would open her eyes soon. He took Jisoo's hand and spoke into her ear.

"My love......I'm here.....I'm always here for you do you hear me!!"

"You're doing so much better now....I'm so proud of you"

"I want you to know that we miss you so ...so...much and we can't wait for you to come back home"

"Please....don't give up ...." Haein whispered softly into her left ear as he held her hand tightly in his. He then brought her hand close to his mouth and placed a long kiss on her hand.

"I love you....please come back to me." Haein said while stroking her hand. Jisoo could hear Haein clearly, but she couldn't really control her body. It was as if her mind was completely disconnected from the rest of her body. Nevertheless, she tried her best to react to him. Haein suddenly noticed that Jisoo's eyebrows moved just a little, which made him smile with happiness.

"Jisoo???.....I can see you!!"

"I know you're trying your best..." Haein uttered and kissed her hand again. However, right after she went back into a deep slumber from the exhaustion.
