Roxanne was jolted awake as her heart was racing. Sweat plastered her skin as she turned her head to look around. Her eyes fell upon an alarm clock- 3:00 AM. She sat up, the room was dark save for rays of street lights through the blinds.
"What the fuck..."
The zombie murmured while getting out of bed, the last thing she could remember was riding a cold steel gurney with a screaming cenobite child, pursued by a grotesque skeletal guard. Was it a nightmare? Roxanne would have thought so until gazing into the bathroom mirror to only see her niece staring back.
"Bella what the fuck happened?"
She asked the reflection, prompting it to smirk. "You made it out of hell, congratulations. A feat so unheard of."
Roxanne was about to open her mouth to ask Bella what the hell she meant when suddenly the reflection turned into the Hell Priest himself staring down into her soul. The lights flickered until suddenly his cold breath steamed out of the glass as he spoke.
"You have not escaped judgment. It is to come along with your capture, the hunt for your soul has already begun."
The Hell Priest disappeared, leaving only Roxanne and her own reflection gazing back with widened eyes. She suddenly shook her head, splashing water on her face. Even with no further explanation. Roxanne knew what was coming next, and she was prepared to fight for her own soul and blood.
To be continued.
