Description: SCP-4000 (also known as Cory Crater) is a young man around 20–21; he is blonde with a single blue eye and is a male human of Scottish-German descent. He is 5'9 tall; he was born in Massachusetts in 1999.
Known anomalous abilities include taking pictures from his head, healing open wounds, having unusual strength, and being constantly hungry.
Added note: Since incident-4000-D: Scp-4000, new anomalous abilities include: having high recovery abilities, the subject has grown deer-like horns from his head, and his eye is now red.
Added note: since incident 4000-W, SCP-4000 has developed terrifying new abilities, including mind-controlling SCPs, infecting personnel minds, and reality-bending. Due to this, SCP-4000 must be kept in a coma.
Recover log:
SCP-4000 was recovered in Concord, New Hampshire, on 6/1/12. He stops an out-of-control bus, saving numerous people, including a foundation field agent. Then he was contacted by the foundation, where he was recovering, and class-C amnestics were administered to non-personsal involved.
Special Containment Procedures:
Scp-4000 is allowed to wander around sites 19 and 17, with level two security guards and level one personnel, and is allowed to eat in the cafeteria with level one personnel watching him since he has never made any containment breaches.
Scp-4000 needs to be kept in a five-by-five containment cell with no windows (read incident-4000-D-12), and he's no longer allowed to leave it (read incident-4000-D).
Scp-4000 is friendly to all that speak to him; he is extremely helpful to the staff they are doing experiments with; and he enjoys hanging out with everyone. SCP-4000 is extremely non-hostel towards all staff; he's allowed to leave the sites whenever he pleases.
Scp-4000 is extremely hostile and aggressive towards staff; he has a total kill count of fifty and over eighty level 5 breaches as of January, 2023, since he was strictly contained due to incident 4000-D.
After incident 4000-W, Scp 4000's kill count reached five thousand. The subject should be kept in a medically induced coma until feature notice; any personnel who are caught trying to wake 4000 should be instantly placed in quarantine for 24 hours.

Scp-4000 should be taken seriously; he's a THREAT that needs to be taken seriously since the incident (4000-D). He needs to be strictly locked up and kept in a coma until we can understand HIM.
Addendum-1- Scp-4000-1:
Scp-4000 was exposed to Scp-999. The two were to play with either, and 999 was to tickle wrestle with 4000. 4000 laughed non-stop until 4000 asked 999 to please stop, and 999 did, so the two were later contained.
Addendum-2-4000-2:
Scp-4000 is exposed to Scp-105. Both subjects talked for hours. Since then, they have both been sent out on field missions. Added note: since incident 4000-D, Scp-4000 is under strict surveillance and is no longer allowed to be near any SCPS again.
Addendum-3-4000-3:
During a massive containment breach caused by SCP-???, SCP-4000 was not observed; he was exposed to Scp-106, Scp-682, Scp-847, and Scp-173. It is unknown what happened during the five hours he was unobserved, but Scp-4000 has requested to meet them.
Addendum-4-4000-4:
SCP-4000 was exposed to SCP-507. Scp-507 was calm and offered him a seat in his cell. They talked for about an hour until SCP-507 was teleported away.
Addendum-5-4000-5:
Scp-4000 was exposed to Scp-187. Scp-4000 smiled at her until Scp-187, also known as Ashley, started to scream and fell onto the floor, then pointed and shouted at 4000.
Recover Log Addendum 5-4000-5:
187: On the floor, what IS HE?
Dr. Gears: SCP-187!
187: WHAT HAPPENED TO THE HEAD? TO HIS EYE! AHHHH! HELP! He's KILLING PEOPLE!
4000: Is she okay?
Dr. Gears: canceled experiment.
Scp-187 was contained and heavily drugged afterward. Scp-187 refuses to talk about the incident.
Added note: After incident 4000-D, Scp-187 told personnel that Scp-4000 was always a cable of mass carnage.
