CABIN FEVER(YANDERE KAGEYAMA X READER)

It was supposed to be a little retreat for you. Out in the mountains, with snow all around you, some warmth from a fireplace, a nice scenic view from outside the window as you listen to jazz and sip some hot chocolate. It was supposed to be a vacation for you. You'd just completed all your deadlines and you were really looking forward to spending some time at the resort there called The New Caledonia Resorts at the Swiss Alps. You were EXHAUSTED from all the tests and volleyball and so you decided to take a vacation from all the stress. With the permission from your parents, you decided to head over to the Swiss Alps for some R and R time. It took some convincing but they agreed you'd worked really hard this semester so your parents used some of their connections to get you a really nice and comfortable room with a beautiful scenic view outside

"Aren't you guys coming though?" you asked them and your mother replied "I have a feeling if I come you'll complain about me nagging you'' and you turned away and muttered ''No I won't'' but she chuckled and replied "Nah, it's your vacation kiddo, you've earned it. Have lots of fun" your mother said and you looked at the brochure on your bed. You picked it up and saw the list of activities available for you to do once you reached the destination. You saw things like trekking, biking, snowboarding, skiing and whatnot. But what really caught your eye was the rock climbing part. Even though you weren't really that adventurous in life, you still thought of giving it a shot

"All right, I'll leave you in peace to pack your stuff. Your flight is the day after tomorrow and you'll be returning a week before Christmas since you do need to spend time with your family after all, don't leave us in the snow and forget all about us when you reach there'' your mother chuckled as you replied "No mom, I won't. Thanks for you know... everything'' you hugged her as she hugged you back and left you to pack your stuff. You waited for the day to come to finally go to Switzerland. You felt that there was nothing on the planet that could deter you from having you your fun and peaceful relaxation time, however fate had special plans for you

What you didn't know was that a certain raven haired guy was thinking of joining you as well who was none other than Kageyama Tobio. Kageyama first thought you were like the others, just looking to make friends because of his influence or you could be some stuck up like a certain ash blonde with glasses. However he slowly started growing obsessed with you and even though he rarely ever talked with you, he couldn't help but grow attached to you. He admired your tough and determined personality, you were a hardworking down to Earth kind person. So, it was only natural he'd be overprotective over you

He HATES and despises it from the bottom of his soul when someone else tries to steal you away from him. Gods, he has to control his rage and anger and restrain himself from ripping apart that person limb to limb for even looking at you. He wanted to confess to you sooner rather than later so he could have you as quickly as possible but when he overheard you talking on the phone with someone telling them you were going to Switzerland to the Swiss Alps all on your own, he was very concerned for you and was burning with curiosity as to who on Earth you could be talking with. Don't you know the only person you need in life his him? Don't you know it's dangerous for you to travel alone without anyone?

Kageyama decided on a plan to watch over you like your very own guardian angel, spend some time with you there, make sure you're safe from all the dangerous things there and confess to you one way or another. You'll HAVE to accept his feelings for you even he has to resort to drastic measures. He used his connections and influence to get a copy of your ticket and your entire vacation plan as he gazed over it in private. You'd be travelling by the Emerald Airlines and you'd be staying at the New Caledonia Resorts. Your flight was at 12:00 in the midnight, it was a midnight flight since he got to know you liked midnight flights and your journey would take 11 hours and you'd have 2 layovers. From the Emerald Airlines, you'd board 2 other flights to get to Switzerland. God knows who you could end up sitting next to in the flights and he decided to tag along with you in secret and introduce himself to you at the hotel, looking like he'd just come there as a coincidence

It was time for you to board your flight and you were excited. In your excitement, you didn't notice Kageyama Tobio watching you from far. The officer in charge of seeing your boarding pass smiled at you when you showed her your boarding pass and told you have a safe and comfortable flight as you thanked her and went on your way. Kageyama quickly followed behind and when you found your seat, you put your bag down and since it was a window seat, you looked out and admired the beauty of the night sky shining with the stars in the sky. You sighed to yourself and thought 'This is going to be a really long trip' and switched off your phone. Kageyama so badly wanted to sit next to you but couldn't blow his cover off just he'd have to wait for a while

He was worried that you might end up sitting next to another man, a creep who could try making you uncomfortable in which case Kageyama wouldn't hesitate to throw the scumbag off the plane and blame it on gravity. It would be a natural cause of death wouldn't it? However you ended up with a girl who was a bit older than you and you started chatting with her animatedly. You made friends with the girl and her name was Zoey Garcia. Kageyama was just glad you didn't end up with a creep but his heart was bursting with immense jealousy when he watched you talk to the other girl next to you. It was soon time for the first layover and you were at the airport lounge, waiting for the next flight's announcement

However your new friend Zoey had to get going to another flight and you bade her goodbye as you waited in the airport lounge. You were feeling extremely tired and your eyes were on the verge of closing. Kageyama decided to sit next to you now since your so called friend abandoned you and someone could take advantage of you in that state. So he sat next to you and you looked sideways sleepily and mumbled confusedly "Kags, what are you doing here?" he gently pulled your head closer to his shoulder and told you to rest. You rested on his shoulder for a while till it was time for you to board your next flight. You looked next to you and saw Kageyama starting at his phone and your eyes widened in surprise to see him sitting next to you. You asked him what he was doing with you and he told you he was headed to Switzerland as well to see one of his friends

You beamed at him and were happy that someone you knew would be there with you. Throughout the ride you sat next to him and chatted with him. During the next layover, you both headed to the airport's lounge and he told you to get some rest which you agreed to do so. You both were in the same room and as you slept, he admired and drank in your wonderful features. He'd always protect you no matter what and it's only a matter of time before you become his beloved. You truly had no idea how your peaceful vacation would be disrupted....
