FITTING ROOMS AND MISFITS (YANDERE HINATA SHOYO X INDIAN READER)

So, three days ago I went shopping with my mom to buy some new clothes and I seriously HATE shopping. I had to try on like dozens of clothes and it was such a dreary task and my feet were killing me like anything. That's about enough of my complaining, let's get into this :)

Your tests were done and you were very much looking forward to relaxing and taking some time off for yourself to do whatever you liked doing. You had to restrict yourself from doing your hobbies and things you liked because of these tedious tests of yours but you felt like you were free now, like a free bird without a cage preventing you from doing what you liked. You decided to savor your golden day of freedom by starting to work on a book you've been wanting to write since a long time. You had way to many writing projects and you wanted to complete them but however your parents had much different plans for you instead

You were in your room, working on your book and simultaneously chatting with your good friend Hinata Shoyo, who was in your class. Hinata reminded you of an enthusiastic golden retriever at times and you found that adorable and endearing. His friendly nature grew on you really quick but what you didn't know was that Hinata was truly obsessed with you. He had feelings for you which went much beyond than a simple crush which you had no idea about. Hinata felt like he was the luckiest guy on the planet when he got your number by snooping through your phone. When you asked him how he managed to get your number since you didn't recall giving it to him he mentioned something about Yachi giving it to him. You didn't think much about it at that time and if you'd seen the red flags and the warning signs before hand then your life would not have become so complicated

Currently you were chatting with Hinata and he felt really happy he was talking with you. Right in the middle of your 'alone time' your mother barged into your room and your mother told you that your cousin's Gruhapravesham(House warming ceremony in Hinduism) was going to take place in 2 days and you needed to go dress shopping. You groaned in a mix of annoyance and frustration, if there was anything you hated doing in life, it was going dress shopping. You had to not only go dress shopping but you had to wear a traditional dress or a lehenga for your cousin's Gruhapravesham and you always felt irritated when you'd wear it. "Mom, do we really need to go? Can't I wear a pair of leggings and a top instead? That'll be much better'' and she glared at you and replied "Of course not. You're going for a house warming ceremony and you need to dress appropriately. Your other clothes don't fit anyways. Besides, when in Rome, dress like a Roman'' and you replied "But we aren't in Rome though, we're in Japan'' and your mother told you to stop acting like a smartass and get changed. You huffed out in annoyance and told Hinata you were going dress shopping for your cousin's Gruhapravesham and you'd rather poke your eyes with a burning hot iron rod instead of going through this torture

Hinata looked at his phone for a few minutes and he got the idea to follow you. Why? Simple really, he didn't want anyone else looking at what's his in the wrong manner else he'll have to pull them aside and deal with them and throw them off a roof and blame it on a natural cause like gravity or something. Well, gravity can be a bish sometimes. What you didn't know was that he hacked into your phone with the help of Kenma to know your location and what you're up to at all times. He's your future husband after all, he should know what you're up to and when he found out that you were an Indian, he promised himself he'd have a lovely lavish Indian styled wedding with you and nothing would be able to get in his dream's way. But he had to keep his dreams on hold for now and follow where you were going. Coincidence can be a bit strange sometimes isn't it? Peter decided to use the excuse of it being a coincidence when he'd meet you at the shop you'd be going to for your dress shopping

You on the other hand piled into the car with your mother and father and listened to some music on the way to the shop. Your dad told you both he'd wait in the car since he didn't really have any interest in dress shopping either but one withering glare from your mother he hastily got down from the car and went in with you both. Now that Hinata had your location, it would be easy to meet you. You went in the shop and you could see so many dresses with various and different designs on mannequins. Dresses with sequins, floral patterns, silk and whatnot. Lehengas, gowns, half sarees, sarees, Ghagra cholis and so on. You internally groaned as your mother went to check the dresses because you knew the day wouldn't be done unless and until she'd make you try on at least 25 dresses
