Password

Tapping her foot as she waits for May to answer her call, Skye can feel Jane and Tony look at her. One smiling and the other eyeing her carefully, and she can't really blame Tony. She has just walked right into his office, beside Jane, and she is now tasked to deal with something that Tony should be able to do himself. Or at least if one believes what the superhero and computer genius says about himself.

"May."

Hearing her voice, Skye let's out a sigh of relief as she calms down.

"Hi, so...."

Skye starts to say, and she can imagine how May rolls her eyes at how she starts this conversation, which makes Skye smile slightly.

"What happened this time?"

"Nothing... yet."

"Skye."

She can hear how May sigh deeply on the other end of the line, which makes Skye shrink slightly. This was going to be hard.

"Remember how I told you last time was my last time hacking? That I was done with this life."

"Yes..."

The uncertainly in May's tone as she says yes, makes Skye want to tell her that it's nothing, she should just forget about it and let Tony and Jane deal with this by themselves. With one glance towards Jane and the hope in her eyes, however, makes Skye take a deep breath.

"Well, Jane has asked me to hack into S.H.I.E.L.D so we can get access to old files S.H.I.E.L.D took from her and Dr Selvig a while back. And she is asking me to do it because Stark isn't able to find it."

Skye explains, biting her lip as she waits for May's respond.

"What case is this?"

Blinking a few times, Skye moves her phone slightly from her ear so she could look at it, not believing in what she just heard.

"It's about Thor's first visit."

Skye explains once she places her phone to the ear and she can hear May sigh.

"You don't need to hack to get that information."

"I... You are seriously not going to give me the information, are you?"

Skye asks, completely lost now. She can't believe Jane might have been right about May simply giving her the information.

"No! But, with the time you spent with us, I'm quite sure you managed to figure out his password."

May explains and Skye lowers her head. His password? The only password she learned was Coulson's and that's only because it's so stupid. Why would she be using his... and that's when it hits her.

"An 0-8-4 is?"

"An object of unknown origin. The last one turned out to be pretty interesting."

"And what was the last one?"

"A hammer."

He had told her about it, when she asked him what an 0-8-4 was back then. How she didn't make the connection before that was beyond him.

"He was the agent in charge."

She says, mostly to get a confirmation that she is on the right track.

"Yes, just be careful when you dig through it all, and just look for those files."

May tells her, making Skye smile once more.

"I promise. I'll get to work, and I'll call you tonight. Bye."
