"ALYSSA" he shouted as the blonde girl jolted awake tears immediately filling her eyes as she let out a low sob.

"Oh my god Alyssa" he said breathily before pulling her into a hug. As soon as she felt his embrace she started sobbing harder clutching onto his shirt to make sure it was real.

Eddie didn't mind that the blood from Alyssa's neck or the tears falling off her rosy cheeks were staining his favourite shirt. It completely broke him to see her this upset about whatever just happened. he rubbed soothing circles onto her back kissing her head every now and again. One hand on her back the other in her hair.

"hey, hey you're safe lyss. I promise" he whispered with a calming tone but it didn't help. She was still sobbing uncontrollably.

"I.. I'm sorry" she stammered making the boys heart simply break at the two words.

"hey, don't be sorry. don't apologise for being upset." he said hugging her tighter

"I uhm would I be able to stay here tonight" she muttered in a low whisper catching the taller boy off-guard

"woah yeah that's fine sure you can stay in my room, I'll take the couch" he spoke running his hand through her hair

"no" she immediately said

"no?" he questioned

"stay with me please" she pleaded to the boy she referred to as a poodle

"uhm sure" he murdered his cheeks heating up at the thought of sharing a bed with the Alyssa kaiser

the feeling of weakness made her sick.
the feeling of venerability that caught her unaware
the thought of seeing people made her sick.
the thought of life had finally broke her sanity.

that final feeling that made her hate all happiness.
that feeling when she had to pretend to be someone else to please other people.
that felling of every empty word she said makes her fill with a binding pain that she never got used to.

and every high that she's ever had is followed by a shattering low.
and it plays on repeat as she tries to stop the cycle.
and every year that falls on the open book
blurs a world inside her head.
the world she wishes she was in

when nobody listened to her.
or noticed her existence.
when her heart was drained of tears.
and her warmth left her cheeks.

and she collapsed on the floor like she did when she was a kid.
when she was so choked up.
she wouldn't talk to her soul.
she couldn't console herself

but Eddie munson made Alyssa kaiser feel loved. He made her feel accepted and happy and everything she wanted.

Oh how she loved him.
