"I'm so sorry for this" she whispered a smirk on her face, Eddie stared at her with a confused glance but before he could question it, she leaned in and kissed him.
His eyes opened wide before they fluttered close, his stomach erupting in butterflies. His lips turned up into a grin as he felt the blonde girls cherry blossom lips against his. When she pulled away she looked at him nervously fiddling with her hands. Eddie quickly grabbed them and held them in his but that didn't stop the girl from looking down at her hands
"I'm sorry" she whispered that burst of confidence from earlier completely vanishing.
"hey, hey, hey look at me" Eddie murmured getting no response from the girl. With a sigh he picked up one of his hands placing it on her chin lifting her head up to look at him.
"I'm sorry" she whispered again feeling awkward now she had to face him afterwards.
"hey, don't apologise, that was... it was great" he spoke in reassurance to the girl who's eyes lit up at that statement
"really" she spoke like a child who just found out they were getting a new teddy
"really" he chuckled admiring the blonde girl in front of him "oh fuck it." he spoke before grabbing her face and kissing her again. Both of the teens smiling into the kiss. That was until the door burst open. The teens quickly pulled away from each-other turning their heads to see Dustin, Steve, Robin and max.
"Delivery service!" Dustin exclaimed looking around at the area the teens were currently staying in.
"what...? you look like you've just seen a ghost..?" Dustin spoke "HOLY MOTHER OF SHIT IS THERE A GHOST" Dustin screamed flailing his arms around
"no Dustin, there's no ghost" the blonde spoke up
"noted" Dustin said straightening out his clothes
"so why does Eddie look like a cherry tomato, Alyssa you always look like your blushing so you not so much' Robin said eyeing the two teens who were laying on each-other.
"Eddie just choked on a... a bean! a baked bean!" Alyssa exclaimed causing everyone to stare at her with eyebrows raised
"yeah, y'know the bean just went down the wrong hole and all" Eddie chuckled mostly at the girls antics
"well okay... anyways we have good news and bad news what do you want to hear first" Steve asked
"Bad News First. Always" he said as if everyone knew it about him
"well the police are looking for you and are 100% convinced you killed Chrissy" Robin started watching the boys face as he punched his eyebrows together
"and the good news" Alyssa questioned
"They haven't released your name yet but if we managed to find out it won't be long before everyone and their shallow minded mothers are hunting you" Robin said making Alyssa let out a shaky exhale
"Hunt the freak right?" He stated with a shaky breath
"your not a freak" Alyssa whispered starting to get fed up with the conversation. She just wished that this would all stop and everything would go back to normal.
In the end it would all be worth it, or so that's what she thought. Until one day- when she was young she realised there is no end. She was determined she'd love him forever. that she would never love anybody else as much as she loved him.
but that's the crazy thing about love. you can't stop it.
