When the date of the party came around Athena found herself panicking of what to do and wear. Her room looked like her wardrobe has exploded.
Luckily Meg was an expert at this, Meg was always out when she was a teenager "this is nice" she pulled out a white and blue dress "you would look cute" she held it up to her sister "there" she smiled.
Athena put the dress on and knocked on her Marlene's door "Marlene !!!" She knocked again "how are you getting to the party"
Marlene swung open the door clearly in the middle of applying make up "James is picking you up isn't he ?" She was in a purple robe with music blasting out
Athena nodded "I know but I just wanted to see if you were coming with us ?"
Marlene shook her head "me and Dorcas are meeting" she touched Athena's shoulder "you'll be fine, Remus is there and you practically know everyone" she warmly smiled at her making Athena feel more calm.

When Athena left her house she saw James waiting outside "here she comes" he smiled
"Ha" Athena mocked, James looked at her and stared for a second "are we going to go or"
James came back into focus "yeah sorry" he put out his arm "m'lady" he smirked as she held onto his arm "the house isn't far from here".
They arrived at the house and there were drunk teenagers everywhere, either passed out, making out or drinking. Athena saw very familiar faces but pupils from 7th year. Richard Carter caught her eye "oh no" she mumbled
"RABBIT" Richard was clearly intoxicated, he came over held onto her and swung her around "I never knew you were coming" he was stumbling clearly intoxicated
She nodded "yeah I got told to not to long ago" Richard handed her a drink "what's in this" she held it out
Richard laughed and shrugged his shoulders "I don't know who cares" he gestured her to drink it. She looked back at James who was encouraging her. She drunk a bit, it was disgusting
Richard laughed at her face "that is vile" she handed it back to him, he was still in fits of laughter
"I know right" he chuckled "James mate" he wrapped his arms around James who seemed confused as he had never even been too close to Richard
