It was getting rather late and Riley being the sensible girl she is. Wanted to call it a night
I would have happily stayed out for a lot longer but it was already 1am, if Riley didn't get enough sleep, there would be hell to pay in the morning
Although, if you asked her.. she would say the same thing about me 

We got to her door and I watched as she bit her lip almost as if she trying to decide something but sure enough she soon turned to me with a soft smile on her lips 

"Did you wanna stay?" She whispered bowing her head. Neither of us knew where we stood at the moment but I don't think we are on a path of space anymore, I think this was the start of a new beginning and I couldn't be happier
"I'd love to Ri" I smiled watching her face light up slightly as she turned to open the door

It was clear from the looks of the room, Beck was already in bed in her side room. Riley and I headed straight to her side room not wanting to alert Becky or wake her up.
Of course the moment we stepped inside, it was in perfect condition. I think Riley would have a heart attack if even the smallest thing was out of place
One of the many reason I have to keep my things in a specific area of her room when I stay over

Riley and I quickly got ourselves ready for bed before climbing in together, it's only been a 2 days since I was this close to Riley, but I don't think I could go any longer then that
The 2 days were painful enough 

It was a position I never wanted to get back to 

I rolled over facing Riley to see her eyes already closed in the attempt to sleep
"Like you could really sleep with out cuddling" I whispered before hearing Riley giggle softly not opening her eyes at all
"Ah well if that's the caseee" I said about to get out of bed

The moment one of my legs were out of the duvet, Riley's eyes opened meeting mine as she pulled me back in
It never took a lot for her to pull me in..

"Stay" She whispered placing one hand against my cheek pulling my face closer until our foreheads were touching
"I'm not going anywhere" I whispered pressing our lips together softly

The following morning, for the first time in god knows how long. I woke up before Riley, it worked out for the best seeing as I still needed to go back and face the boys 
"Someone sneaking out like a dirty stop out I see" A voice said making me widen my eyes, I turned to see Becky leaning against the door frame of her room with a smirk on her face as she held a cup of coffee

"I don't know what you are on about. I'm not sneaking anywhere" I said making her roll her eyes
"James I've known you since before you started wetting the bed. I know when you're being a sneak" She said before nodding to Riley's door

"I know it wasn't your fault but you really did hurt her James" Beck said

The one thing I've always loved about Riley and Becky was their friendship, it bloomed so quickly and no matter the situation with Riley and I, it never faltered once
They look out for each other long before they realise they need help
It's one of those friendships that can and will last a lifetime

"I know I did Bee, I know" I said bowing my head
"Are you guys back on track?" She asked but I shrugged because I really didn't know
"I think we are taking it one day at a time?" I offered

"You two really are made for each other James, it's gross seeing you so loved up" She teased making me roll my eyes
"Yeah I get what you mean, you and Hunter make me want to vomit all day long" I said hearing her chuckle

Becky and I's relationship has always been something interesting, we can be teasing each other one second, ripping each other in half the next and then loving each other the next minute
It's been that way since we were babies, I guess it just stuck 

"You better head to your room to shower and get ready, we don't want you stinking of sex all day" She teased sipping her coffee again
"We didn't -" I said before Becky cut me off wiggling her eye brows retreating back into the room

That girls head is in the gutter even more so now she's dating Hunter
