I walked into the library and felt my phone buzz again
Nicholas_Windsor: I'm sat where we first met (Psychology section)
I read it and head to the table I recall being at when I first met him, I suddenly find myself facing who I'd thought was a professor and now realised was certainly a guard, "Find somewhere else to sit kid" he said, it was an interesting interaction, he didn't look very old, but had a dominating presence and frankly I was shit scared to piss him off so immediately turned around and began walking. "Charlie, that you?" I hear a soft voice call out, once more I turned back "Nick?" and the guard's eyes go wide, and I feel like I'm about to be dragged away by beefeaters to the tower of London or something, Nick pops his head round the corner and smiles, jesus, that smile, how had I not noticed I'd spent the entire day with the Prince of Wales Tao was right, now I was here all I could think was how gorgeous he was oh god this was not going to be fun.
He sat at the other side of the table and looked at me "Considering this is Oxford University, the library here is kinda awful" my initial reaction was to consider how privileged that statement was, but actually his point was essentially true "Yeah" I said nodding my head, he nodded his head equally and considered that, I chipped in "So Nick, fill me in, what's missing in my memory? I don't like not knowing, and the fact I had a Prince trying to find me certainly confused me, and how the hell did you get me home?" I shake my head in confusion "Sorry I'm just confused" I add, "Nono, it's fine" Nick hastens to assure me, tell me, you study math right?" "yeah?" I say with a raised eyebrow "What's your specialty?" he continues, "Cyphers and coding" I say, Nick smiles like an idea has formed perfectly in his mind "Like Turing stuff?" he concluded "Yeah he's my icon" I say in a slightly more excited voice "I LOVE Turing's work, are you doing anything today?" He asks "Nothing why?" he walks to the guard and whispers something in his ear, the guard leaves, Nick turns, "well come on then" he says smiling.
If you asked me why I couldn't tell you, but here I was with the Prince of Wales being driven away from Uni for a daytrip, what an incredible few days, I only went because of his smile, just his face, it was intoxicating, I wanted more and more, I finally asked "Where are we going" and Nick seemed surprised, he was concentrating on his phone "Oh, I'm gonna show you what a PROPER library looks like" I involuntarily laughed and he looked at me "What?" I just kept laughing "Charlie!" he said louder, clearly getting embarrassed "No I just-" He just got more red as every second passed which of course made me laugh more and more, I was literally laughing so hard I was crying on the leather seats of this royal Jaguar because the Prince of Wales was bright red like a tomato; it was possibly my favourite moment ever eventually he seemingly gave in when he noticed the guard driving us was laughing too "Oh come on Luke you're supposed to be on my side!" he shouted. We just carried on like that, laughing and driving for miles, it was amazing.
